    Didn’t Fix The Problem.

    I brought my 2019 Dodge Challenger in to have several issues resolved. One was a malfunctioning drivers side window and the other a dead battery. The mechanic supposidly installed a new mechanism which allows the windows to drop a quarter if an inch before rolling all the way up. I still have the window issue. Also, they recharged the battery but several days later it died again. They determined it must have gad a bad cell and gave me a new battery. Since then I’ve had no battery issues. Also, I noticed a scratch near the door handle and the aluminum around tge shifter had two small sents which were not there originally. The service manager was polite and gave me a loaner but as a whole the experience wasn’t up to par. This is an old dealership and it shows. I’ve decided to take my business to a newer dealership in the future.

    Terrible Customer Service

    I will never do buisness with this establishment ever again. I had warranty with a mopar battery and they confirmed it. However they wanted to staff me out of a diagnosis fee of $150.00 to so call "make sure it's the battery and not some electronics problems in my vehicle"with the problem. I had the battery checked in 2 reputable places where they said the battery was bad. When I spoke to the service manager he tried convincing me that if they just put in a new battery and it's a electronic problem. The car would experience serious damage. I said I don't mind I just want the battery replaced. He said it would take 3 to 4 hours till they ran all the test on the battery. I walked out, I rather pay another buisiness for a new battery that would provide better customer service.

    Finance Dept. are out to rip you off

    Worst customer service ever had to wait two weeks for Oscar in finance not to call me back had to call back on my own to find out how Shystie they really are about the deals they do!! Drove almost 2 hours to purchase a jeep from them then they did the old bait and switch or we can’t finance you on this one because it had a recall now the one they gave me was worse than the one they were selling.

    Finance Director Eddie Camejo was super professional and knowledgeable as well as Andy and Skyler. They made my car buying experience amazing! Super honest and helpful. The facility was super clean! I will recommend it to everyone.

    Avoid CLAUDE MCCLAIN the salesperson at all cost

    I purchased a 2015 KIA Soul from University Dodge and the first mistake I did was work with salesperson Claude McClain. He put the word sleaze in sleazy. This is one of the most deceitful and unprofessional car salesperson I have ever had the misfortune to come across... I came in and right off the bat he quotes me $1000 more than the car was being advertised for, then he is trying too sell another car to another couple while he is trying to sell a car tome. All the time disappearing from time to time. He has me blindly sign a document and says I need to sign this to make the offer legitimate. He then come back to the cubicle and say "you got yourselves a KIA." Then asks if we can give him a review right then and there... before anything is done!! Everything went downhill from there. He never disclosed ANY fees. Didn't tell me about the $900 DEALER FEE, or the $300 paint protection fee or the $200 Etching Security Fee of $200. Nope just wanted his commission and to be misleading and deceptive. There are a lot of things wrong with University Dodge and I would tell you to avoid this dealership all together unless they have a vehicle you HAVE to have that you can't get anywhere else... Probably the least professional dealership I've even dealt with and I have dealt with more than 50 in my life.

    BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SERVICE DEPT

    I BOUGHT A NEW TRUCK (5,000 M), HAD TO TAKE IT BACK THE NEXT DAY DUE TO DASH BUBBLING, DENT IN FRONT BUMPER, CABIN FILTER AND BREAKS SQUEAKING. WAS TOLD BY SERVICE WOMAN PARTS HAD TO BE ORDERED AND IT WOULD BE A FEW DAYS BEFORE THEY CAME IN, THE APPT WAS SET AND THE WORK WAS TO TAKE 2 DAYS, THEY KEPT THE TRUCK FOR 8 AND ONLY GAVE IT BACK BECAUSE I CAUSED xxxx, THRUOUT THE TIME THEY HAD IT, I WAS CONSTANTLY LIED TO BY THE FEMALE THEY HAVE THERE, WHEN I FINALLY GOT IT BACK, GUESS WHAT, THE CABIN FILTER WAS CHANGED UPON MY REQUEST STANDING THERE AND IT WAS FILTHY AS VERIFIED BY THE TECH AND LEO. AS I WAS GETTING INTO THE TRUCK I NOTICED A DENT IN THE DRIVERS DOOR AND A CHIP IN THE FRONT FENDER, I BROUGHT IT TO BOTH HER AND LEO'S ATTENTION, AND SHE HAD THE GAUL TO SAY TO ME, I DID SEE THE DENT IN THE DOOR HOWEVER THE FENDER DAMAGE WAS ALREADY THERE!!! REALLY! SO SHE HAD ALL THE INTENTIONS TO LET ME DRIVE AWAY KNOWING THAT THEY HAD DAMAGED THE TRUCK, SO THAT THE RESPONSIBILITY WOULD THEN BE MINE, (CONSTANT LYING FROM THE SAME PERSON). GUESS WHAT, AFTER GOING TO WORK I HAD THE WINDOWS OPEN AND HEARD THE BREAKS SQUEAKING LIKE CRAZY, OBVIOUSLY THAT WAS NOT ADDRESSED (ANOTHER LIE}. I CALLED FCA (ANOTHER BUNCH OF LOOSERS) BECAUSE I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP SEVERAL TIMES TO SPEAK TO THE GM AND HE DID NOT RETURN ANY OF MY CALLS, FCA CALLED THEM 4 TIMES (ITS DOCUMENTED) AND THEY LIED TO THEM ALSO, AND NEVER RETURNED THEIR CALLS, NOT EVEN THE GM, WHO ANNA FROM FCA WAS SURE HE WOULD CALL HER BACK. ITS OBVIOUS TO ME FCA DOES NOT GIVE A xxxx, NEITHER DOES THE DEALERSHIP, HOWEVER IF THEY THINK I AM LEAVING IT ALONE THEY ARE MISTAKEN, I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER. BY THE WAY I BOUGHT A JEEP FOR MY WIFE FROM LAMBDINS OTHER DEALERSHIP IN 2016, BUT WILL NEVER AGAIN MAKE THIS MISTAKE.
