    Avoid avoid
by Ivan Torres from Duarte | January 03, 2021

On Jan 3, 2021 I recieved a call in the morning about a vehicle that I was highly interested in. The guy over the phone was informative and polite. He set me up for an appointment at 2pm the same day. I drove an hour to the location and arrived around 130pm. I was extremely excited to view the car but only to find out that they sold it in the morning. The salesman didn't even bother to explain why or try to provide some deal on other cars. Honestly they don't care about the customers. It seems like they try to book all the appointments to ensure their vehicles get sold. Please take your business somewhere else

Flew out from Seattle to buy a car, they sold it.
by Wasted a day of my life from Seattle, WA | December 30, 2019

Called them near close of business Friday after Christmas. Ashley called back, I told her I'll be there first thing Monday morning to buy it. No mention of a Deposit being needed or anything... I booked a flight from Seattle to come buy it on Monday. They allegedly sold it SATURDAY. Funny how they get a fresh lead thru cars.com and I get 4 phone calls within an hour on Friday... plus a text message Saturday Afternoon( to which I replied, "Yes, I'll be there Monday to buy it" and yet zero communication and nobody could be bothered to let me know they sold it. Ridiculous.

    1st time buyer
by Jeremy from Moreno Valley | April 29, 2019

Since this was my first time buying a car from a lot I didn't know what to expect. But I was surprised to find that want a bad experience. I wasn't pressed into buying something I really didn't want. And there were plenty of great options. I have to say this was a great experience.

    Don't fall for GPS Scam.
by Derek B from Riverside, CA | January 22, 2019

They tell you that a Theft Patrol GPS is already "Pre-Installed" and will not remove it if you ask them to. The car salesman Junior told me straight to my face that they are unable to remove the GPS and the GPS has to go with the car. A few days later after the sale was already completed they tell me the GPS was optional??? Junior lied straight to my face. I don't know how he can lie to people like that and steal hard earned money from people. Unfortunately, I fell for their GPS scam and agreed to their crappy car. After all docs were signed and all paper work was completed I had to wait nearly over an hour for them to the car "ready". The car was already cleaned/washed so it's BS. This is when they install the crappy GPS that doesn't even work half the time. I would NEVER buy a car from this sketchy dealership again and do NOT recommend it to anyone. The crappy GPS was $1500!!! Check out the Theft Patrol reviews online TERRIBLE reviews for it as well. I had the 2016 Honda Civic for a month and the battery died. A month after that the remote to the car was completely dead (replaced battery and still did not work). The remote that they gave me was a old remote. I took the remote to the Honda Dealership and they said the remote was meant for a 2010 Honda Civic not my 2016 Honda Civic . It was terrible mistake going to this dealership. DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU IN BUYING THEIR OVER PRICED GPS!!! Bad Morals at this dealership. I already got rid of the car I bought from them cause who knows what else is going to go wrong with the 3 year old crappy Civic that they sold me.

Went to this dealer to buy car sold a bad car loan
by Tarek Ghobrial from San Bernardino,ca | December 05, 2018

This place has very dishonest people working there.. from the salesman to the car loan person nick.. they added almost 2000 on my car loan telling me that I had to have Gap insurance and a GPS on my car in order for me to get a car loan to go through with the bank.. when I had called the bank that financed me I found out that it was all lies I didn’t need Gap didn’t need GPS I had basically been conned 2000... the worst part is they never even installed the GPS they nearly charged 1000 they put on my car loan.. when I confronted them they promised they were going to return the money back on my loan over two months ago.. I haven’t seen them return the money nor have they been answering my calls.. now I’m going. To file a lawsuit against this dealership for the full price of this car... I am going call the better business bureau on these people they are very dishonest..

    They ignored deposit refund request
by Gary from north salt lake | January 09, 2018

The service was good at first but after I backed out, they just ignored my request to get deposit back... The sales asked me to talk to front desk and front desk asked me to talk to sales. Very disappointed.

    TRUST WORTHY AND HONEST!
by Reggie from Detroit, MI | May 02, 2017

Let me start off by saying that I wasn't able to purchase a vehicle from RPM due to paperwork issues that were out of RPM control and mine. To be perfectly honest with you I was scared to death that they were going to rob me blind because we're in different states and I wasn't able to view the vehicle in person. I was going to buy the vehicle sight unseen. I prayed on it and put my faith in GOD and let me say that "Junior and Marcus" were not only HONEST, TRUST WORTHY and FAIR they were HASSLE FREE and the BEST car salesman I've ever dealt with. I regret not being able to complete the deal. If I'm ever in the market for a new/used car from CA I'm checking RPM first, and I suggest you do the same¿¿

    Best dealership
by Marco from Irvine, ca | February 03, 2017

I was looking for a bmw, and after searching the internet for a week, I found one at RPM. The process was very easy. I called and made an appointment, went in and test drove a bmw 750. It was amazing, I loved it. The negotiations were easy, Frank the finance manager got me a great payment. The rest is history. Best and easiest purchase I've ever made! I recommend RPM to anyone looking for a great used car.
