    Alexander and the staff at Riverside Chevrolet made my truck buying experience so easy and fast!! They even paid off my old car in full!!! Most dealers only offered me 1/2 of what they paid for my trade in! They helped me get a much lower interest rate on my new truck even though my credit is less

    BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A TRADE IN!!!

    Buying experience was fine. BUT when I started receiving notices for unpaid tickets from court and collection notices, all from my trade in and over a month after they took possession of it, I naturally called the dealership. After getting a little bit of the run around I was told to contact the court with the bill of sale and the court would then clear me and bill the dealership. That was not correct as the court just sent it all back. When I attempted to get in touch a second time, specifically asking for the general manager BOBBY WARD on two different occasions, I was first contacted by a very nice, but completely unable to help me, salesperson to whom I explained the situation and my frustration. He agreed that I should speak to the manager and said he would pass along my message to him. I was then called buy a sales manager who very rudely and aggressively told me it was impossible because they had already sold my trade in. WRONG! So for the second time I sent copies of citations, collection notices and court papers all dated over a month after they took my car and all addressed to ME. I explained this was effecting my job because being in collections jeprodizes my clearance status. So he said he would look into it and get right back to me. Over a week ago. For fun I again attempted to contact the general manager BOBBY WARD and if course he was in a meeting and would return my call. So my credit damaged, my job in danger, and someone driving a car still register to me and hopefully not committing more crimes. And all this because? BECAUSE I MADE THE MISTAKE OF DEALING WITH RIVERSIDE CHEVROLET. Date of trade in 9/24/18. Today's date 2/15/18 and nothing but more tickets and unanswered calls.

    We didn’t have to wait long to test drive and the since I already had a Pre-Approval from my CU it was much faster. It took and hour and a half to get to sign the papers though. But the dealer filled our tank up because of the wait. The wait was out of their hands since the person in front of us took two hour to sign the papers. I don’t know why they did not give our paperwork to another finance person. I felt bad because our two toddlers got restless after a while.

    Riverside Chevrolet did everything to please us

    We were looking for an end of year 2017 with a brown interior. Searched the Internet but couldn't find what we wanted in San Diego but Riverside Chevrolet had one. Before we could get to see the car, it was sold. Chris Skufca said he would try to find another--he did. When he went to pick up the car as part of a dealer swap, he found that the car had been damaged and repaired. He wouldn't except the car. Since there were no other cars like the 2017 we wanted. Riverside Chervolet gave us an outstanding deal on a brown interior 2018. Because of scheduling issues, we were not able to drive to Riverside to complete the deal. Chris drove the car to us. We signed the paperwork and Chris drive back to Riverside with a coworker who followed him down to San Diego. Chris and Riverside Chervolet did everything in their power to satisfy us. Thank You!!!
