In fact, they are still busy with their own Affairs, every time I arrive, the price for a supported car was called different which does not correspond to the price on the Internet. They think that there are no other dealerships selling cars. I will buy a car in another center . This center is not recommended thank you.

by Jennifer16 from Inland Empire, CA | April 12, 2019These guys are swindlers. No matter what I said I did not want they argued and tried strong arming me into add ons I did not want. They lied about what things were. The performance plus I told them I did not want. They pushed and pushed. I said no, then we get to finance and he’s pushing me. Then tells me there’s no deal with out that. I said fine no deal, he storms out angrily and comes back saying they’ll lower the price from $995 to $905. I say no. They come down on interest rate and tell me I’ll get a discount on my insurance with it so I finally say ok. And I ask for info on exactly what it covers. He brushes me off and says yeah I’ll get that. Digs around then makes a call saying he needs a pamphlet. He never got it. I tell him again when signing papers I still need the info. I realize when I get home I never received the info. I call and they tell me it’s an anti-theft device. I ask how I get it installed, they tell me it’s already installed. I ask, so it was in the car and I was getting it even if I didn’t pay the $905. She says yes. She says I’ll also get $1000-$2500 toward purchase of a new car IF my car gets stolen. So basically I paid $1,000 to maybe get $1,000-2,500 IF my car gets stolen. I ask about the sealant, leather protection and other things the sales guy told me was included, she says that a totally different thing and I don’t get that. I did not want the GAP insurance and the pushed and pushed until I finally said yes. Same thing with the warranty. I felt so pressured at this dealership. They wouldn’t let me make my own decisions. They kept pushing and pushing. I finally asked in regards to the Protection Plus, if they get a bonus or something if they sell that. They were pushing so hard. I’m disappointed in the Protection Plus. The warranty and GAP I understood but the fact that they swindled me on the performance plus infuriates me. I will be seeing what legal action I can take to get my $$ back.

And cliemed that they didnt know who i spoke to. Lied lied lied "f raiting"

by Pissed of being lied to from Mountain View Ca | September 24, 2018This dealership intentionally lists vehicles that they don’t have in inventory 10-20 percent going market rate to get you to call them. After they get you on the phone they will ask you all the questions like they have the vehicle and then tell you it was sold and they haven’t taken the ad down yet. I am shopping to build a fleet for my company and for the last 5 weeks I’ve seen the same truck show up with a new listing, non matching pictures, and it has features listed that aren’t available on that model. Every week I inquire and it disappears for a few days and then shows up again. I have politely told the sales people, the internet manager, the general manager escalating every occurance and now I feel that this has to be intentional and I’m writing reviews and sending the story to any body that has any power over this dealership.
