    Good beginning......

    Had a relatively good experience with negotiating a price, but that’s where the positive experience stopped. Had asked for some things to be fixed and others installed with the price and they agreed. After multiple phone calls, finally took possession of the vehicle. Got it home and realized an instrument cluster and back lights weren’t working. Fortunately only a blown fuse. Then had the vehicle at a mechanic to check an issue and they did a routine inspection. He found multiple issues wrong with the front end including two major safety issues. $1100 later I thought the problems were solved, but oh no! Just last week I was driving the vehicle and lost power in the engine. Found out that two of the four cylinders are not working. So more money will be spent! Just wanted to let anyone who goes to this dealer that they are selling a product only and apparently don’t do much in the way of a safety inspection. Talked to the owner on the phone and all he kept telling me was he sold used cars. Pretty pathetic excuse, but not surprising. My recommendation is to shop elsewhere if you can. And I’d give them zero stars if it was possible! And then he responds on Google and blames the issues on me. Super classy, but not surprising since all me wanted to do during the phone call was blame everyone else and not take any responsibility. Very sad.

    Great Overall

    Great experience overall, and Mike (owner) was very nice. Saw the car on cars.com, called, came in, liked the vehicle and ended up buying it. Wasn't pushed into anything, felt pretty good about the deal I was getting. The car wasn't perfect, but it was in great condition and above everything else I've seen for the price. Would definitely recommend, but do your market research.

    Car buying nightmare

    Warning do not buy a vehicle from here. I was prepared to put a little money into the car after buying it but the car needed a new motor. Kept it for a month and half, it was in the shop getting worked on for a month for that time. "Runs great" as they put it. Spent 6k on repairs and gave up sold the car and cut my losses. Business practices are shady at best. Please don't waste your money here like I did.

    Mike keeps a small warehouse packed with quality cars. Find what you want online and give Mike and his dad a call to come drive it. They really know Toyota/Lexus and have everything from 2016 back to mid-90s. I would definitely contact them again when I need another vehicle.

Mike was a super nice guy answer every question that we had and was able to put us in a Prius that day. If you are looking for a good deal on a vehicle Ritz Auto Group it's the place to go.

    Friendly to work with. Answered the phone each time I called to inquire about a truck. Had stored the truck in their warehouse garage, which kept it in good condition. They were patient while I finalized financing through my bank. Even worked with me on the price when the truck was missing a spare tire. Overall, glad I worked with them to get my new truck.

    I bought a 2005 2500hd from Ken. I live in a salt state and wanted a southern truck to avoid rust issues. That meant buying the truck without even a test drive. I was uncomfortable with this. Ritz had a technician look the whole truck over, gave me a small list of minor issues, shipped the truck to me (12hrs away) and covered half of that expense. Aside from some very understandable title issues created by the dealership he acquired the truck from, everything went off without a hitch. I bought the truck without seeing it and knowing what I know now, I would do it again.
