    After coming home not very excited about our purchase, the next day they got us into the car we really wanted. I couldn't go with my husband to sign for paperwork, so Jason came later that evening and brought the papers himself. It was 9pm when his work day was done- not to mention we live in Peoria. I appreciate this gesture and because of this will recommend this dealership to my friends and family for years to come. Thankyou, Jason!

    I stopped by to look at some used Tacomas and was interested in a certified truck mostly. The salesmen I dealt with named Garrett was really friendly and helpful. I spent about 2 hours finding the right truck for me because I am very particular. Garrett didn't seem to mind helping me out even though I drove about 4 different trucks before making up my mind. I got a great truck at a fair price and I am very happy with my purchase. Garrett even called me the next day to thank me for my business and I appreciated that very much. You can't really ask for better service than that. Thanks guys...

    Watch out for hidden fees

    They listed a used car for $12,995. When asking for out the door price, they told me it would be over $16k. They asked for another $395 for tinting and $179.50 for door guards. These items were already there. They said it was to warranty them!?! They also asked for $895 for "dealer prep fee", and $90 registration for a car that would not remain in the state. These people want to run the dealership like consumers are still uninformed. Unfortunately, for Right Toyota, we have a wealth of information at our fingertips.

    Could've been better

    When I first went to them I had signed paper work for a loan. Few months later down the road found out my signature had been forged and my stuff went from a loan to a lease. Then they tried saying I had been there to sign the paperwork. Which I had been over 1800 miles away the date the lease paperwork had been signed. On top of that my name of the lease paperwork was spelt wrong

    Horrible experrience

    First of all I did not purchase a vehicle from Right Toyota. The reason is that they were unresponsive to my questions even after they said they were going to get the information. I emailed the sales manager at about 9:00 in the morning and he said he would get an answer to my question and get back to me. Then I spoke to the sales person the sales manager had turned me over to and I sent him a list of questions. He also said he would get back to me. At 2:00 PM I had not heard from anyone and sent another email to the sales manager. After awhile he sent me an email saying he was out of town. No apology from him. Then I called the sales person and he said he had been slammed. Again, no apology. The next day I sent an email and told them I was not going to buy the vehicle and I wanted my $500 deposit back. That was 1-25-20. As of 2-3-20 no refund on my CC. Sent an email and the sales manager told me to call him at 11:00. I called at 11:03 and he said he just got to his desk and would call me right back. You guessed it, no call back. I waited a couple of hours and called again. A little after 1:00 I received a call from someone who did not identify himself. He acted like he was doing me a favor and was very abrupt. I sent copies of my emails asking for my deposit refund to the General Manager and the Controller, and never heard from them either. Additionally, I have received two emails from Toyota congratulating me on purchasing the vehicle from Right Toyota. As It never happened I'm not sure why they would report the sale to Toyota. I own three Toyota vehicles now and ended buying an additional vehicle from a dealer in Texas. That process was the best buying experience I have ever had and I have owned over 25 vehicles in my life.

    Lacking Ethics and Integrity

    I bought a 2018 4 Runner used from them a few months ago. Vehicle only had 29,000 miles. Never in the discussion with the company did they tell me that the vehicle had been in a car accident. I took the vehicle down to be serviced at ta local Toyota dealership to have the front passenger door looked at as it did not lock or did the window roll up. Dealership informed me that the vehicle was in a car accident and that is why those items did not work. and that they were not covered under warranty. Right Toyota lacks Ethics and Integrity and do not trust their sales people. This is something that should have been fully disclosed at the time of purchase.

    Selling you whatever!!

    I stopped to see a car that they dropped the price the night before! I have been in the market for sometime, within 5 days, they took the car price down from 21.800 to 18.999 then to 16.900, now it is online for 18,888!!! They claimed it was sold yesterday night at 9:45. I asked the salesperson to check a computer, instead, he was trying to get my information and telling me about other cars. The car is still online but with a different price. The salesperson wanted to sell me other cars. When I wasn't interested, the manager showed up, he was convincing me that I was not getting a good deal on that old car. I told him what I was comfortable paying and I was dead set on a third row seat car. He was relentless trying to sell me a new Corolla, then a Camry finally leasing me a brand new Highlander for double for what I have already told him what I was willing to pay! I have sold and bought many cars and I am a Toyota person, I have never been pushed into buying something I was not even looking at! Also, I have never met a salesperson who is so efficient to know that the car whose price was changed late in the evening was sold at 9:45 exactly without even looking at a computer screen! I am still amazed!!

    2010 Toyota Tundra

    Great service department. Bob M always does a great job! I’ve been servicing my 2010 Tundra there for years. We just turned 70k miles and luckily we have not had to do one repair. We are looking to replace our truck with a new on in 2020 we will definitely be buying it at Right Toyota.
