    VERY SHADY PRICING!
by Steve from Tempe | December 20, 2020

Very shady pricing strategy at this place. They post the price of a car which will seem competitive, but you'll soon find that you'll be forced to spend an additional $2000 right off the top to pay for a "Ceramic car coat" that makes your car easier to wash, and a "Lifetime Tinting service". For a car that was listed for $6,900 the out the door price was $11,000! They were going to charge me the B.S. 2k of sham prices and an additional $2,500 in tax title and license for a $7000 car! What a joke, how stupid are people to fall for this crap? The only reason this isn't one star is my sales associate was super nice.

    ASK FOR AJ ABDUL!
by Darrell Phee from Phoenix, AZ | November 05, 2020

If you are looking to be treated fairly then make Right Toyota your first stop. Ask for AJ Abdul, he will fight on your side to get you the best deal and take care of your every need, from when you walk in the door until you drive off the lot in your new vehicle. Even though they had the largest inventory of Tacomas in the valley, they still did not have the exact trim and color that I was interested in. So he found the vehicle and went and got it. AJ won't go the extra mile for you, he will go the extra marathon for you. Ask for AJ!

    Avoid Ryan Jenny
by Christopher Myers from Albuquerque, NM | October 12, 2020

Ryan Jenny, the internet sales manager, was very unprofessional. At one point he went on a rant telling me how this dealership makes millions of dollars a month and the $2000 they either make or lose on my deal is insignificant. He was also very condescending saying things like “have you never purchased a vehicle before”. He got very irritated with me when I asked for him to break down the fees related to the car I purchased. At one point he said I don’t have time for this and hung up on me. If it wasn’t for Nick Sharma, we wouldn’t have purchased this vehicle. Also, they priced the vehicle at $20,814 but on the buyers order they priced it at $21,789. They wouldn’t explain why the sticker price and the cost of the vehicle were different from their website and on the buyers order. They only said, that is the best price they could do.

    Lying and untrustworthy dealership.
by J. Browski from Fort worth, Texas | September 07, 2020

I had made a deal with one of the salesmen to buy a car. I'm out of state so there was a lot of emails and questions. I was on vacation and he wasted my whole week dragging me along. He told me when I sign the paper work I can see the costs. I finally had enough and told him I wasn't coming and he would sell me the truck. I agreed but it would be the next week because I had to work now. He said he was going to send the paper work but never did. They sold the car but he couldn't tell me they did. I had to call and email multiple managers to find that out. He sent me a message the night before my flight that it had sold.

Malicious act and unorthodox ways to bump up finance interest rate on vehicle purchase. I have to watched my father being humiliated by employees at Right Toyota of Scottsdale. Bad business practice 8/25/2020

    DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
by Anonymous from Goodbye, AZ | August 14, 2020

UPDATE #2: It has been three months and I have still yet to receive my vehicle registration in the mail for the car I purchased from this dealership back in May. Called the dealership and they told me that somehow my registration was "slipped through the cracks" so it never got sent to the DMV for processing. I think it's very coincidental that this happened after I made a BBB complaint on the dealership. If this is not the definition of retaliation then I don't know what is. --------------------------------------------- Update: for a dealership that wants to create a relationship with their customers, I have yet to hear from my salesman to follow up or anything. No emails, no nothing. That's true customer service. Also forgot to mention, last minute, they tried to tag on random items and stated that it was "standard" for all vehicles and brought the price that was haggled down back up to the price that they wanted verses the price which was advertised. Then by the time I got to the finance department, EVEN MORE random unidentified fees were added in. They pretty much act like they are doing you a favor by "haggling" the price down but they get you with all these unknown fees they claim. They also did not want to provide me a car fax and when I checked the car fax, vehicle had an accident reported etc. In addition, they failed to provide me with the certified pre-owned inspection checklists before leaving. I found that they left it in the vehicle afterwards, I looked at the inspection sheet and no manager signed it to verified that the issues were addressed, fixed and verified by the manager. -This place is a SCAM and do not let them fool you into these extra fees. There's probably a reason why they are not listed on TrueCar.com -If you are military, STAY FAR FAR away and use the USAA car buying app to verify trusted car dealerships. -No manager did not contact me to resolve any issues, instead he followed it up with excuses by replying to this review. Did not offer any type of actual customer service or resolution. Pathetic. --------------------------------------------- THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Inquired about a vehicle online and had been emailing back and forth with a Salesman named Ian Stone. Met up with Ian where he began showing me the vehicle I was interested in. After seeing the vehicle I liked, we moved to his desk to talk about numbers. I wanted to know how much I would get for my trade-in vehicle prior to getting down into the nitty gritty on the final numbers. Ian calls his manager over and the manager speaks to me. He's telling me he doesn't know how much he would give me and proceeded to tell me he could not give me the value of my vehicle without knowing the payoff amount. You don't have to know my payoff amount to give me a value of my current vehicle. He began to be EXTREMELY AGRESSIVE and it felt as if he were attacking me. I told him he was being very hostile to a potential costumer and then, to make it worse, Ian Stone also jumped in and began attacking me. I almost walked out due to the unprofessionalism but somehow Ian convinced me otherwise. When it came down to the paperwork, I told them I was already preapproved and that I had the paperwork. They proceeded to tell me I still needed to fill out their credit application. WHY WOULD I NEED TO DO THAT IF I HAVE ALREADY BEEN PREAPPROVED THROUGH MY OWN BANK!? Instead of making things simple, stress-free, and easy, they made it extremely difficult for me. No one, and I mean NO ONE, should ever have to go through what I went through. Especially just to get a vehicle. It shouldn't just be about selling a million vehicles a day, it should be about quality not just quantity. Unfortunately, I did not receive a quality experience here and I'm sure others could agree. The only person I actually liked was the finance guy who was respectful.

    Right time, right place
by Mark from Mesa, AZ | June 25, 2020

Worked with Hayden C. He was very attentive and listened well to what we were seeking. We test drove a couple trucks and he did have an option for us that worked. The facility was clean and for the most part practiced good social distancing. Overall, a good experience for having to buy a vehicle. No one really likes to do that.

Thanks for the exceptional customer service Jason!
by Kristin from Peoria, AZ | April 15, 2020

After coming home not very excited about our purchase, the next day they got us into the car we really wanted. I couldn't go with my husband to sign for paperwork, so Jason came later that evening and brought the papers himself. It was 9pm when his work day was done- not to mention we live in Peoria. I appreciate this gesture and because of this will recommend this dealership to my friends and family for years to come. Thankyou, Jason!

Great Place to buy your next vehicle!
by Mateo Invierno from Cavecreek, AZ | March 05, 2020

I stopped by to look at some used Tacomas and was interested in a certified truck mostly. The salesmen I dealt with named Garrett was really friendly and helpful. I spent about 2 hours finding the right truck for me because I am very particular. Garrett didn't seem to mind helping me out even though I drove about 4 different trucks before making up my mind. I got a great truck at a fair price and I am very happy with my purchase. Garrett even called me the next day to thank me for my business and I appreciated that very much. You can't really ask for better service than that. Thanks guys...
