The buying process was great. had the exact vehicle i wanted and worked with me on getting a loan for being a first time buyer. As soon as i get the car, 3 lights came on not even a week after having it, and there were a lot of hidden dents and paint damage that they covered up temporarily and failed to mention. they stated the car was in perfect condition and only worked with me on getting one light fixed that was already there when i got it. they said it was just the battery of the key fob, turns out it was the fuse box which was 700 to replace, which i’m glad i caught that before i bought it or they probably wouldn’t have helped with that either. Now i’m stuck to fix the other issues on my own as a college student who’s gonna have to work his xxx off just to make the payments in the first place.

Beware of this place. I bought my car there 6 years ago. Did my 60K maintenance and repair 2 months ago. Ok. Paid $4k for everything that's needed for a 60k maintenance! After 2 months, engine light turns yellow and was diagnosed, my thermostat needed replacement and they want $118 for parts and $945 for labor!!! Why would you treat good paying customers like they don't know what's going on? Please re-assess your estimate practices because you just lost a good customer.

Wonderful place to get your car serviced. They service all makes and models. They service my Kia Forte, Nissan Titan Diesel and my Subaru Accent. Great job guys.

This was the most awful car buying experience I've ever had. At first, it was ok, tho they asked for my car key in the beginning so the "manager" could have a look at my trade in vehicle. I picked a car to test drive an the sales guy was very informative about everything and told me a good route to go for test driving as I wasn't super familiar with the area. However, when we got down to financing, things got weird. I asked about the price of the car and he wouldn't give me a straight answer, saying he'd show me with the offer. The offer they gave me was not what I wanted, so he came back with another offer. Still not what I was looking for, I said I wanted to leave and think about it and talk it over with my partner. He told me I should just call him and I said I'd rather just leave. He left to go see if he could make the offer better and at this point I realized they still had my car key. He came back with ANOTHER offer I didn't like and I asked to leave again. No dice. This happened TWO MORE TIMES (like I was practically begging to leave at this point) before he brought some other guy over who handed me my key and accused me of having sticker shock and being hangry (he was being so condescending and misogynistic it was like 1954 in there). It was awful and shady and I felt like I was being held hostage. Plus, I saw MANY employees with masks off or below their nose, no hand sanitizer in sight. I will NEVER step foot in this place again, let alone buy a car from them and I encourage you (especially if you're female) to steer clear.

Went to dealer with advertised price in hand. They would not honor their own advertised price. Claiming used cars are really in demand and prices are changing constantly. They also tried to add $799 for some sort of theft prevention system that you don't want or need. Total scam in my opinion. I will not be back and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

After having airbag replaced for the recall, I found my dash was not clipped in all the way, some custom paint work on the dash was all scratched up, The HVAC were not plugged in. The removable face stereo could no longer have face removed to to alignment of the bezell In an attempt to have them fix there horrible work I was lied to about what they took apart. I have over 20 years working in Body shops Making me knowledgeable in airbags and Having access to Mitchel guide, I can see what's involved in a job like that. Simple fact is he was already denying responsibility before he even had it looked at. I had to take the dash back apert, plug in the HVAC controls they left unplugged. Screws were left out that hold dash parts in place was also discovered. I have NO DOUBT they would never admit responsibility for any of this and also sure they would charged me to fix there own crudy work. DONT EVER USE THIS SERVICE CENTER!!! they should not be trusted. I am now concerned if airbag is even done correctly .
