I had all intentions of buying a Honda civic. Sales manager was extremely rude. lost the sale and vehicle still on lot a week later.

Never will use this dealership again

When I bought my car in 2014, signed contract and all with gap and extended warranty. Got a call couple days later, and they stated they found a way to lower my payments. They wouldn't tell me at that time what they were going to do. I went in there and they removed gap insurance and extended warranty. How is this ethical or legal?

We could not have had a better experience in dealing with a dealership. After looking around for several months and being misled by dealers, it was a refreshing change to walk in and get honest, attentive people working with you. Kathryn Bitter was very informative on the phone and when we arrived, she was friendly, honest and professional. She even added something special after we closed the deal- she took a picture of my son next to his first truck and gave him some great advice about being on the road. I recommend Checking out Renn Kirby Mitsubishi.

You'd think after spending money on a brand new car, that they'd provide you excellent service. Boy, that's not true. I took my car in for an automatic car starter to pay THEM money and the first time, the part was faulty. Ok, that happens. But then they ordered a new part and never called me to let me know. So I called them, again asking them to take my money. With almost $1,000 to the dealership for this, I wasn't offered a ride or a loaner. I was told I'd have a ride, but there was not one available. To top it off, the morning I dropped off my car, the service department called to ask me why I dropped my car off - was it for an oil change? The man continued to tell me that their system was messed up and he wasn't sure. Thankful they called, but man what a mess. I'll be taking my car down the road from now on for any service.

What a terrible experience. This dealership lacks integrity. Awful customer service paired with unethical marketing. This dealership lives up to the “bad car salesman” reputation. I will be sure to tell my friends and family that if they are looking for a positive and honest buying experience to avoid Renn Kirby. If I could give zero stars I would.

Renn Kirby Mitsubishi has always treated us fair and has done excellent repair work on on our vehicles. We have always been pleased in our dealings with the service department and the Sales department. Wouldn't buy cars anywhere else.

Falsely advertised that people won $500 and told people on the phone it wasn't a scam just to have me and many others drive hours just to receive a $2 speaker will never buy a car from them and will make sure noone I know does either

Cam mailer

Your mailer and telephone rep were very deceptive. Your ad, and the conversation I had last Friday with someone at your store, led me to believe I won $500. I hadn't. I lost an hour of my time for a $5 speaker. I work as a digital marketer. If you want a truthful ad, tell people they may have won a prize, but to come in and find out. Everyone who comes gets a speaker. That would be treating customers like neighbors, not chumps. I will not be shopping here and will warn all my local friends and family to avoid you. If I can't trust your mailer, how can I trust your cars?

Missing Parts!

Traded In My Ram on another newer Ram. It was a two hour drive. The sales man was Great. But when I got home i noticed that all the tools that you need to get the spare tire down and to jack up the jack were missing. So I emailed them and told them what was missing. He said they could help me but I would have to drive back down so that they could see what was missing. Of course they would say that because they know I am not going to drive two hours back down there. I would not buy from them again with that kind of service!!!

After requesting more information on used cars in cars com, Neal Smith was the only dealer to promptly response. He was very thorough, and detailed. So I bought my 2016 smart car over the phone from him. I highly recommend Neal Smith and Renn Kirby dealership. I live in PA.
