    Just wanted to say we had a great experience at Register Chevrolet. Our sales person Cameron Harrow was very courteous and very knowledgeable. We had spoke with him two days prior to going to the dealership. We had a good car buying experience.

    Horrible place

    Horrible!! My mom purchased a car and passed away the next day. I tried to stop the deal but the manager told me that "there is no cooling off period in Florida", like I had buyers remorse. It was three days before Christmas and none of the paperwork had been received by banks or the state but they would not help me. They have up to 30 days to cancel the deal but as a buyer you have none. They took my moms trade-ins the day after she died. I also called the finance department to see what could be done and they will not return my calls. Absolutely heartless, horrible car lot. I would not recommend them to anyone!! Even the bank they used for the financing was amazed they didn't stop the deal. The bank has been more understanding than Register Chevrolet and banks are usually heartless!

    Oh boy where do I begin. I took my Equinox in to be fixed for an overheating issue. They replaced my pump and thermostat (which had already been replaced by another mechanic, but figured, hey maybe it was put in wrong) and a belt (because coolant leaking on it blah blah blah). Now the fun begins. I get my 'fixed' car, and I make it to 98 when it starts to overheat on me again. I have it towed back because I didn't want to ruin the engine. Get back to service and am told that "there was a bleeder valve that was broken and they thought they go all the air pockets out of the system". Fine, no big deal. Run a diagnostics. Its a blown head gasket. And now I'm down 700$ for the repair that most likely wasn't even the problem. I get in touch with a sales person, I liked him, he seemed honest and wanted to do me right. He told me he would speak with the manager about what to do. I get a text later from him saying that they would buy the car from me for 700$. Awesome, I'm good now. Nope. The car is my brothers, his name is on the title. So the day I spoke with the sales person, me and my brother go to get it over with, BUT the title clerk and the check writer are gone for the day. We agreed to come another day. My brother went in because he got off work early. Unfortunately got a sales person that didn't know what he was talking about. The manager on duty and the sales person refused to honor the promise we were given. Pretty cruddy service there yeah? So now, I'm 700$ down and have a car that was never fixed that I have to get off the lot now. Never going to come here again.

    Unbelievable!

    All I can say is unbelievable! Very upfront, no games, great communication and most importantly, very attentive to our needs and requests. Rob Gibson knew our time constraints ands worked quickly and diligently with Greg and Miriam to get us taken care of. After a 5hr drive to get to their dealership, we were in and out in less than an hour with no surprises! Thank you all for for helping this be one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had!
