    BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

    MADE AN OFFER, INSTEAD OF JUST DECLINING THE OFFER THE SALESMAN SENT A RUDE EMAIL BACK. HE TOLD ME THAT THEY ACCEPTED MY OFFER BUT THAT THEY WOULD REMOVE THE ENGINE TO MATCH MY OFFER. HE ALSO SAID THEY WOULD REMOVE THE TIRES TO PAY THE TAX, TITLE AND LICENSE FEES. MY OFFER WAS ONLY $1000 LESS THAN ASKING PRICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. BY THE WAY I DID HAVE ENOUGH TO PAY THE ASKING PRICE, BUT OBVIOUSLY THEY WOULD RATHER HAVE THE TRUCK AND BE RUDE THAN SELL IT FOR LESS.

    What a smooth transaction, I couldn't have been happier. I called about an SUV I was looking at on cars.com, and I spoke to Troy. He cut right to the chase and had me get pre-approved on their site, which I did. He called me back in the time frame promised, and said they could do the financing in-house, on the short terms I was looking for... Great! Mind you, the SUV we bought is 17 years old(with low mileage for its age), and of course it has some issues, do I expect them to fix the issues? No. I don't care how nice and modern a near 20 year old vehicle looks, it is still a near 20 year old vehicle! Negotiate fixing that stuff into your deal, after that, you ARE on your own. I am very satisfied with the service, and the laid back, no pressure feel of this dealer. Thanks, Troy! Thanks, Regan Motors!

    Very poor repairs

    The car sold to me has been increasingly declining in it's life. I got the car about a month ago and the list of things to fix keeps getting longer. I've put in way too much money into this car in the first month. Highly do not recommend to others

    Be Careful!!!!!

    Sam A. I'm not happy with Regan Motors after my daughter had a problem with her vehicle within the first two months after buying it. The sales rep Fausto (Tito) claimed that they stand by the cars they sell and will assit customers with mechanical issues when they occur. When the mechanic explained that several parts needed to be replaced my daughter called Regan and got a cold remark from Garratt indicating that since she purchased the car 6 months earlier she was out of luck. Well it had not even been a full 2 months and she got nothing but excuses and no support. So Regan should not make promises then fail to help a first time buyer when there is an issue.

    Try this Team for a used car experience

    I recommend Regan Motors and Antonio for a an excellent car buying experience. I had a find a car dealership via internet that would be able to assist my daughter who was recently relocated to the CA area. She did not have a large budget and needed to basically be able to drive away with a car, title, registration and insurance. Antonio was able to efficiently and effectively help my daughter to get a vehicle and drive away with it, all papers in hand. I was able to research the vehicles online, verify the VIN numbers and speak to Antonio or Garet within a reasonable time. It was easy to find and they were able to do repairs if necessary. Used car buying is not easy, and ultimately it is about the experience, not the car-very rarely does a dealership know the whole history of a car. In spite of that, they appear to value their integrity and attempt to make the experience as positive and seamless as possible. Give them a try.

    A Pleasant Surprise

    I purchased a 1998 Toyota Camry in August of 2012. The salespeople were upfront and let the car sell itself. They didn't try and feed me a sales line. The two things that were wrong with the car they told me about right away. Neither one was a big deal. So the purchasing process was easy and they even came down off their asking price. I am writing this over a year later because the car is still running the same as when I purchased it. I am a happy customer who has told numerous friends about Regan Motors of Thousand Oaks. I hope they still have an eye for putting nice reliable cars on the lot.

    Antonio was very helpful and patient. I really had very little to work with and I had been accustomed to driving a nice car. Garrett was really helpful and they were both responsible for me being behind the wheel of the car I wanted. I will be saving like crazy to come back this summer and buy a car for my kids to use. They were low pressure, helpful and a STRONG recommend. I will be back for car two as soon as I can!!

    I was helping a friend find a reliable and clean vehicle. Antonio and Garrett were beyond helpful! They spent time answering all of my friend's questions and concerns and humored me as I checked under the hood and kicked tires a bit. The older cars had the expected amount of wear and tear for cars of their vintage. There was NO pressure to buy and my friend was encouraged to take the car for a night to try it out on her normal errands and commute. if I ever need a used car I will look at Regan first.
