    I will NEVER use this establishment again ! I was told my new car with 30, 000 miles needed almost a thousand dollars worth of work that it DID NOT !!! When I confronted them with what the manual stated there was no answer other than this is recommended...Then the service that I did need like fluid top off was not even done!!!! I have never felt so mistrustful of the service that I received !!!! Thankfully my issue was small !!!

    Always use Regal

    Between my husband and I we’ve bought three cars from Regal. Two of them being at this location and I always recommend them. I’m a very “Ill know when I know” when I shop for a car which can be maddening to almost everyone involved but honestly Shane was very patient with me and our two kids in tow and was very respectful of the budget that my husband and I had agreed on. I do feel bad for the used car side because they’re stuck in a small building. For all the work they do they deserve something bigger and better like the new car side. If you’re looking for a great car buying experience it’s this Regal or any other Regal location.

    Don’t waste your time

    On NYE, we text Brittany that we were driving from Tampa to Lakeland to see a CRV we spoke about previously. When we arrived we were shuffled between 2 sales people and eventually shown the wrong car. Then Chris asked if we had the stock number and we did. Turns out he had it written in his hand he said from 3 days ago. Weird and gross. Then Doug sat us down and told us our car had sold and wanted to know what we were interested in. Adding up all the pieces they knew when we were driving over that the CRV had sold, showed us something else of lesser value to see if we would bite when they sold it 3 days ago when Chris wrote the stick number on his hand (again GROSS). Buyer beware!!! They want to sell you what they want not what you want to buy. Cheap sales tricks.

    Acura will not honor fuel pump recall on Acura MDX

    I have a 2016 Acura MDX that has a recall for a faulty fuel pump. A recall letter directly from Acura stated that "if the diagnostic scan confirms a previous occurrence of engine stalling, the fuel pump will be replaced for free." I brought this car to Regal three times and ultimately, I had to tell the service manager what the recall was because they had no idea about recall. This car was documented to have stalled multiple times and this was verified by a non-Regal mechanic. They then tell me that they fixed sodium deposition on the fuel pump with a software upgrade and will not honor the recall letter. I would be very hesitant to buy a new car at Regal and after 2 Hondas (1988 Accord, 2000 Civic) and 2 Acuras (2001 MDX and 2016 MDX), I will no longer buy Acuras or Hondas. I had to pay for the fuel pump even though clearly under the recall. Needless to say, very disappointed in Regal Acura (in full disclosure, I did not buy the MDX there but for a recall of this severity, should that matter) and Honda Motor Company. Service manager was Kyle and I guess this issue was out of his hands.

    When I bought my Civic I was given 4 complimentary oil changes, when I tried to redeem one I was denied because they had changed their dealer's name. I trade every 2 years but it won't be with them any more.

    Joe Rios sold me a toyota CAROLLA he made it painless and made me feel like family. Best service ever I would highly recommend them to everyone. The finance manager Brandon also made us feel like family. It was very quick, we were in and out in 1&1/2 hours. That included test drive.

    DOUG DOUG DOUG “The Guy In The Hat”!!!

    This was more than just a car buying experience! Truly, a new friendship was formed. Doug Maynard(The Guy In The Hat) is more than just a salesman, he is truly someone who wants to help you place yourself in the best situation. I purchased a car just over a year ago, and unfortunately it ended up being a lemon. By law, Doug didn’t have to do what he did to help me, but he bent over backwards to get me out of a bad situation. He got me into a car that was 3 years newer than the lemon and had 20,000 less miles. And to top it all off my credit score shot up 50 points because the dealership paid off in full my trade-in. I mean, what more could I ask for?? Doug has even invited me to go fishing with him on his newly renovated pontoon boat! What a guy. Doug, thank you so much you are truly an amazing person.

    Not the best experience with Doug *the guy who wears a hat* was told one thing from one sales person, then switched around and told something different from another. After signing I was told the car still needs to go through the dealers safety inspection, so I had to wait another day to get the car. Car wasn’t even washed, interior still had all of the old owners things inside. Probably won’t return to that sales department. Doug also let me leave the lot without my tag registration. Unsafe. The other sales person I dealt with Joe was much better.
