    Very shady. Would not recommend. You can not trust what they offer. I would look else where. You would have a better chance at a dealer who is honest and stand behind their word.

    Jay was great to work with (as was Mona and everyone else I met with that day/night. They even stayed past closing to finish my deal. Even the owner Mr. Randall was there after closing and he thanked me personally. Such a classy dealership. No wonder it’s a Cadillac dealership (but I bought a used Mustang GT from them, which they had listed $5k below book and gave me the best trade in deal that I’d been quoted ). But back to Jay; he was a true no pressure salesperson. He told me to take the Mustang and spend all the time I wanted in it and jokingly said, “but please be back by closing time/6pm.” I was so impressed by his NO pressure and easy going style. I came back a little over an hour later bought it. I was so impressed to be able to buy from a family owned dealership that offers all the service of the giant corporate dealerships, but that DOESN’T feel like some of the giant corporate dealerships we’re plagued with now. Thank you JAY and Randall Motors!

    Great Help and No High Pressure Tactics

    Working with Ramona and her manager was a very positive experience. There was no high pressure sales tactics and they gave you plenty of space and time to make decisions. Ramona was very quick to return calls and to get information that you need. A very positive experience.

    Ramona took excellent care of out buying experience. The process was simple but Ramona was very down to earth. The entire process was not high pressure, but very simple and easy. Would recommend Randall Motors to anyone desiring a pleasant car buying experience.

    The repair part was $28.00 and took them an hr to put on, wanted $950.00 to put it on!!! Finally reduced down to $575.00. Called another dealer, part was $16.61 labor was $135.00. What a ripoff!!!!didn’t tell me labor cost in advance!

    The service I have Received is absolutely absurd.

    After waiting two weeks of my car sitting on their lot not being touched I picked it up myself to do the repairs. Because my car was under warranty it was not made a priority. Very disappointed Jim Bass sent me to Randall motors.
