Do not give these people your phone number
by Michelangelo from Ramsey NJ | January 24, 2020

Shopping for a new car and we did not come to terms on the price as the car a was looking at did not lease well. I left on good terms. Well a few days later I was getting inundated with survey calls on the dealership. This is even after I agreed to answered their questions. This was on going for a week and I agreed to answer more question only after they would answer mine. They rudely hung up. Come to find out this is a sourced out company that this dealership hires to do their surveys. I tried to get a hold of the sales manager but he did not return my call or address my concerns. This is a good indication to me that if I bought a car from this dealership and had any concerns I would be treated the same. Do not give these people your phone number

    WASTE OF TIME
    by C from ramsey, nj | July 09, 2019

horrible service. manager could care less about issues caused by their staff. they make a mistake and then expect the customer to take the blame. forced me to wait 2 weeks for a loaner car for an oil change, and then called me an hour before the appointment to cancel because they no longer give loaner cars for oil changes. huh?? don't waste your time with this place, save the headache and go ANYWHERE else.

Took my deposit and still sold the car
by Hosam Abaza can't be trusted from Ramsey, NJ | March 05, 2019

I inquired about a certified used 3 row QX60 for my growing family, the Sales Manager Sam (Hosam Abaza), returned my call to say that the car was almost sold, they were waiting on financing. I got another call that day from their inquiry lady, who was shocked it was already sold. After a few hours she called back saying that yes it was sold, but if it fell through with financing, they will notify me. The next day I get a call from David G. that the car was available to me, so I promptly asked what can I do to secure the car as I live in Ohio, I said can I put $1,000 down without hesitation. Salesman, David said he would take only $200 to secure it for 48hrs. I got the receipt timestamped 10:21am and window sticker. I was told they wouldn’t be interested in my Audi as a trade. I starting getting my car appraised at noon that day in Ohio, while I talked to my wife, and waited on David to call me back for a detailed walk around the vehicle on FaceTime, and discuss finance terms. I got a call at 4pm from David via FaceTime to look at the car with my wife. I asked David to find out what the financing terms were on a loan. That night at 8pm, Sam the Sales Manager called and got hasty over the phone, he was like tell me where we're at? I didn't know what he meant... So I said I was waiting to hear from David or someone about what the financing terms were for a certified car, I never heard back. He jumped down my throat asking if I had even filled out paperwork for the financing. I said no, I wasn’t asked to yet, but no problem I can do that and I just want to know if I can pick this up after the 48hrs, since I was traveling so far and working over the weekend. He was really angry to learn that I was asking this, and “didn’t know,” I wasn’t available to pick up the car until a few more days. I mentioned I could buy it if it were a real problem, but he was going to check with the GM for me and get back to me the next day, (which would be less than 24hrs). The next morning, I found out they had fired my salesperson over this transaction. I tried calling to deal with a new salesperson, I tried to reach both managers with no return call that whole day. I talked to one salesperson but everyone pointed me to Sam or the GM. Sam finally called me back at the end of the day to tell me they had fired him, and didn’t seem interested in helping me purchase the car, repeating I had to get it by 48hrs- which I knew. I was furious with him that he blamed the firing of a salesperson on me. I didn’t do anything wrong, I was contacting them over 10 times a day to get this done. I thought they were busy and taking their time, because they weren't calling me back.. He kept just saying that it was only 48hrs to hold it, I mentioned I would even buy the car before I see it and pick it up. Sam was a little interested in that, but didn’t seem to want to help me. I told him that the firing wasn’t any of my business and how unprofessional this all has been. I didn’t understand what was done wrong, David had worked with me so well, and Sam had been the rude person to me all along. Long story short, I wanted to talk to John LaSala, the General Manager to get the deal done. John returned my call first thing 9:11am the next morning ( still within the 48hr hold) listened to me, apologized about the whole transaction, he said, "it was a comedy of errors" then kind of smugly told me, “The car was sold last night. There’s an owner driving it around right now.” Talk about infuriating. (shortened) They sold the car under a hold in my name, and didn't refund the deposit like John said he would. Then John didn't followthrough in looking for a replacement to sell to us. Terrible, horrible experience. The worst buying experience I've ever had!

    Infiniti of Ramsey xxxxx HARD
by Steve from Ramsey NJ | January 18, 2019

My left headlight went out on my 2014 Infiniti QX60. Brought it to them and they asked for $1800 plus labor because the wires were corroded. Took it to my shop down the street and they fixed all the wires and bulb for $300. Infiniti of Ramsey rips people off.

From Feel Good Experience to TOTAL NIGHTMARE
by Susan Daulton from Ringwood, NJ | July 20, 2018

We went from a lovely car buying experience with this Ramsey Infiniti to a TOTAL NIGHTMARE with them and Infiniti Financial Services which has lasted 3 months and counting. We bought a 2018 Q50 , our 6th Infiniti, and turned in our mint condition 2015 Q50 (13K miles) leased car to Ramsey Infiniti on April 11, 2018. Salesman Darius Bagan (Gone? He’s no longer on the website.) and Finance Manager Ty Caldwell assured us that the final two payments of the lease would be waived as part of their promotion, as had happened each of the 5 times prior. We posted 5 star reviews and couldn’t have been happier with the overall process. They were thrilled to have such a valuable resale vehicle. Infiniti Financial Services sent a bill two weeks later for $1300--the final two lease payments plus penalties and fees. Darius promised to fix it; nothing happened. Ty doesn’t return phone calls. An email to General Manager Khalid Salem got a response admitting fault by the dealership and promising to fight the charges. We've heard nothing else. Infiniti Financial insists this is a dealership issue and will not discuss it any further, demanding immediate payment. A Collection Agency Notice arrived. Harassing Phone Calls came with it. Every. Single. Day. We send a copy of the notice to Khalid Salem who hasn’t bothered to respond. We disputed it with the collection agency, in writing. They sent it to Infiniti Financial who still insists we pay for a car we don’t have and keeps sending the Collection Agency after us, potentially damaging our credit rating for what is at best an internal accounting error by Infiniti. Since Ramsey Infiniti already sold the car @InfinitiUSA is now trying to charge two customers for the same vehicle. Isn’t that considered fraud? Do all of the RamseyCars.com dealerships double-dip on their customers? Or just @RamseyInfiniti and @InfinitiUSA who then use their Financial Services division as an enforcer? We’ve been loyal Infiniti customers since 2002. We got to enjoy our new Q50 for all of two weeks before it turned into a representation of an extended middle finger from the staffs of Ramsey Infiniti and Infiniti Financial Services. #RamseyInfiniti #InfinitiUSA #RamseyAutoGroup #RamseyCars.com #Infiniti Financial Services

We look forward to many more years of friendship with this dealership!

    Purchased a 2013 G37x
by Maxinator from Bensalem, PA | August 03, 2017

I spent about 4 hours at Ramsey Infiniti and ended up purchasing a G37X on 4th of July, 2017 . The managers and sales person were friendly and professional. The two minor issues I have come across with the car so far are: The passenger's seat has a minor yellow stain The floor mats were very dirty and I had to be purchase new ones. Considering that I purchased a premium certified pre-owned vehicle, the floor mats should have been either new or thoroughly cleaned.

    Undercarriage Rust
by E Ross from Beaumont TX | March 25, 2017

Make sure you have all vehicles from Ramsey Infinti inspected for undercarriage rust. They will sell it to you and refuse to replace parts that are going to need replacing in the near future due to corrosion.
