    We found a vehicle on several websites showing a price. I also emailed the dealership to check on the price before I went. And the price was quoted the same as I found on the websites. We test drove the vehicle and upon return the salesperson told us the price would be at least $3000 above the price on the websites we found the vehicle on. He quoted some nonsense about needing to trade in a vehicle for a certain amount as well as finance through Quebedeaux. I could not find this information in cars.com. I am sure the goal is to get you in the dealership. Although during this time of rising COVID numbers, I find it ridiculous that they would have people in and out of the offices and vehicles without proper information posted. It is a complete waste of time.

    Over the years, I have purchased vehicles from a number of dealerships in the area and at least 3 from Quebedeaux. This time we brought our daughter to get her first new car. The sales professional Vaios Tsitsis the finance manager were very helpful and worked hard to finalize the deal. They made the experience less stressful for a very nervous young woman. For that we are thankful. We could’ve done without the traditional back and forth, but I guess that will never change.

    Terrible Customer Service

    Trying to buy a car from them was like pulling teeth. Was told they would call me right back and didn’t reach back out for days. Was emailed that a car was avaialable for me to Test drive which is 100 miles away from me and when I’m ready to go they say it’s no longer available and if I’d like something else. Customer Service was horrible and dealer literally laughed when I told him what cars I was interested in trading for. Extremely unprofessional, I would recommend doing your business elsewhere

    Terrible experience. We showed up to look at a vehicle we found on Cars.com and when we got to the dealership the price was $6000 higher than listed. The sales person who we spoke with was incredibly short with us and tried to muscle us into going inside to look at financing in order to bring the price down. We took the vehicle for test drive and they were several areas of damage to the interior of the vehicle. When we returned and told the salesperson we would not be purchasing the vehicle he aggressively questioned us to the point of us just needing to walk away and leave.

    Stay away for warranty repair

    Incompetent service department. Stay away for warranty repairs. Visited three times and they did not fix our simple [albeit VERY annoying] driver's door rattle. They obviously performed no troubleshooting of the problems and replaced a few parts randomly each visit. After our second visit, the technician left grease marks all over the headliner. Following the third visit, the rattle was WORSE. Because the rattle was so persistent and annoying, I eventually put felt pads in the right spot to stop the rattle temporarily. I will be going to a different dealership to try to diagnose the issue.

    Way too busy

    Made an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle and when I arrived the vehicle I wanted to see was not available. None of the vehicles I wanted to test drive were available. Spent the day driving around looking for vehicles in my price range. After an hour or so, my wife's vehicle was hit with the door of another vehicle driven by a dealership employee. Spent an hour at the dealership for a scheduled appointment and test drive ZERO cars.

    Was excited to find such great deals. Turns out posted prices are only for teachers, front line workers, and military. Cool theyre doing a promo for those people but its false advertising not mentioning that.

    I called, texted and Emailed Jesus (sales manager) and another sales person at this facility, with no luck on getting some one to notify me if they either had the vehicle or they were just advertising a great deal just to get you in the door. I had a bad experience and just felt like they were not really interested in my business.

    Not good I am $15,000.00 up side down.

    On a trade I made I am now $15,000./xx I purchased a GMC truck and was ok . GMC was jerking my arm so I traded for a Mitsubishi .two sales purchased two trades and now I am upside down. My bank told me I got screwed by the dealership. I am so messed up because of the greedy people at the dealership.
