    Horrible Service- All Lies

    Recently purchased a used Chevy Colorado Truck from them, and my initial view of them was pretty positive. We were out in less than a couple of hours and had some basic assistance from Alejandro Aragon; who let me tell you is nothing special at all!!! You could get a robot to practically do the same job. However, it went downhill from there. The car had some damage, which it took a few days after we purchased for them to repair. Understandable, but then when we do go to finally pick up the vehicle it looks absolutely filthy inside! I mean there was literal dirt all over, and the seats were absolutely horrible. So ridiculous, they couldn't even take the time to shampoo the seats and give the interior a decent wipe down? Shows how much they truly value their customers. They literally told me as I was about to drive off (in the night time, where I couldn't notice the details of how terrible it was) "if it's not clean enough for you, bring it back and we'll touch it up for you". Really? I live in Pasadena, and you're going to make me drive 45 mins back for something that you could've easily taken care of from the start? Something that you KNEW was unacceptable to begin with? I had to pay myself to get the interior shampooed and detailed, there goes $100 down the drain. Then, they have listed on their website that the Truck comes with a Remote Keyless Entry. Ok cool, so where's it at? Oh we have no clue, our guys are looking for it. Someone lost it. All we have to give you is ONE SINGLE KEY!!! Nothing else, and no willingness to even assist with the $140 bill to purchase a new one. Are you kidding me? I mean I'm not asking for any special treatment, just give me what comes standard with my purchase is all. But no, even that is too much to ask. Couldn’t even add any gas!!! My fault, should've known what to expect when I went into this place. Decent prices, horrible service. My advice to you? Double check EVERYTHING on the USED vehicle that you purchase BEFORE you complete the paperwork, and at the very least before you drive away with the vehicle. Trust me, they aren't in it to assist or take care of you in any way, they only care about their money!!! Bad business for sure, would never return here or refer anyone to do business with them because you can get bad service ANYWHERE!!! The small things really do matter. I've yet to see how the truck itself functions, hope that's not a nightmare also.

    Contacted Sales time via email and it is a joke, they wont send me Carfax, MSRP, any other supporting documents!! Contacted them multiple times but no response. Unprofessional staff.

    Do not go or listen to the lies. We wanted a car, spoke to the finance manager,(Maybe) and he said the car was immaculate, great car. we went down there from northern cal to buy it, and all I can say is do not trust them at all. Totally different car that was in the photos. Filthy and looked like people were parting in it. Smelt like they were having a smoke out in the car. Holes in the seat and filthy. the person said, oh we test drive cars and that is why its dirty. Tried to show us other cars, but all of them were defective in some way or another. couldn't find the keys for a new one. basically a bad , real bad worst I have ever had. and I have bought lots of cars. Stay away from this shamble, lies and deceit is all you will find here.

    No haggle pricing lost the sale

    The no haggle pricing policy makes for an unpleasant buying experience. They are too overconfident of themselves like they have the upper hand in the transaction. They showed little interest in pursuing the sale. Like they don't need me as a customer someone else will buy it. OK, then, I'll go buy elsewhere. There are plenty of cars elsewhere.

    The salespeople did not seem to really care about me buying a car. They appear disorganized. This dealership used department is terrible in my opinion, their cars are auction--- the used ones, most have been in an accident in some way or body damage. I was very disappointed.

    Do not buy here! We got better customer service from the porter than their car sales people. Disorganized... waited over 2 hours to purchase a car that had already been sold! Manager made no attempt to make things right, or even offer other comparable cars that they had. Very disappointed in their service, will never come here again, or recommend to anyone.

    Went in ready to buy a car and the sales person seemed completely uninterested in selling. Then we found out all 3 of the cars there we went to look at were all in accidents. No thanks! Need to buy a car today, but will go to another dealer and pay more for quality and helpful service.
