    It was a normal buying process. It took about three hours. Cylus was a good salesperson. I knew exactly what car I wanted so that process was easy.

    Bait and Switch

    First off, their customer service is terrible. I was hung up on. They tell me they will get back to me and I have to call them to get answers. HUGE waste of time going through circles. Worst of all is the false advertising. The car was listed for 22,800 on autotrader. Went through two days of trying to get the advertised price just for them to give me higher than sticker price in the end. They gave me a number of 24,800 and the original quote they sent me was 24,132! How they end up giving me a higher number in the end is beyond me. Btw the guy I worked with is named Chris Brown.

    Bad salesman!

    One of the biggest obstacles in car buying is the process itself. Why can’t salespeople just sell you what you want rather than what they want to sell you. The salesman that I dealt with continued to play the bait and switch game, continually trying to change the topic of what was important to me which was my monthly payment. I was given the “this is the lowest we can do”, to “my manager will make the deal happen” to only being strung along and NOTHING happened. The “MANAGER” that could make it happen, all of a sudden was nowhere to be found. I asked for the Costco price because I am a Costco customer and was told “yeah we’ll get it for you”. I’m still waiting. I honestly like this place because I take my current Hyundai for service, but I will NEVER buy a car from here because of the salesman that helped me. Absolutely ridiculous!

    LIAR DEALER

    Not sure why he got so much good review. The sales manager "sonny" sold me the review. He will send you the review answer and you only need to follow the answer. Is "FRAUD' reviewed. After he sell you a car, he will careless with all your need. He only think about make money don't care about the customer service. Not sure why he can become a sales manager with that kind of attitude. Also Robert as the sales, he doesn't have any word at all. He just follow Sonny the whole time. I think that's how the sales in this dealer work. all the sales person only act like a follower to the manager. They didn’t stand by their word. Contract incorrect, did nothing to correct except blame it to the buyer. Only interested in selling a car. Called GM to lodge complaint, never received call back at all.

    Worst Dealership Experience

    I originally wanted to wait and buy a Hyundai Sonata close to the end of the year. Puente Hills Hyundai dealer lured me in by promising an out-of-door price in writing. Then one hour prior to my appointment, which is supposed to finalize the deal, they texted me and said they could not honor the price. When I arrived the dealership, they told me how unattainable the price that they promised in the email was, and tried to sell me at a higher price. It is the classic bait and switch technique. When I tried to tell the finance manager, who I believe was also the owner, that I did not like the sales tactic that they used. He said "Who promised this? I am going to fire him." I was speechless. He then went on, "You just got him fired." I said that I was going to file complaints about this practice. He was enraged. He said "This is my shop, and no one threatens me. Not you, not Trump." I was clueless as to why he brought up this name. In short, this individual has no ethics, and shameless. In my email with Robert Jefferson, he mentioned that he got approval of the name of the director, so it is highly likely that he was merely under the direction of his superior.

    This dealership needs more knowledgeable managers and assistant managers. No integrity and not honest. Customer service is obviously not the priority of the managers here. No wonder the it's empty when we walked in while other dealerships we visited are busy and friendly.

    Boy, what lucky day for me when I chose Puente Hill Hyundai to buy my new 2015 Sonata!! Puente Hills Hyundai's salesmen Ronnie and John are wonderful & super people!!! As is finance man Mr. Dee!!! My over all experience is it was the best decision I've ever made buying a new car!! Anyone looking for an honest dealership one you can trust and feel terrific that they will be there for you always should not hesitate going to Puente Hills Hyundai!!

    I came to Puente Hills Hyundai after a friend recommended them, based upon his great experience a year ago. My sales associate Ferry was warm, welcoming and completely pressure-free. He was very friendly and provided me with a ton of options to explore that matched my financial means. John, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He worked with my unique trade-in situation and gave me the best deal. The other sales team members were very personable and friendly. Larry in the finance dept was also knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my purchase. Overall I'm not sure I've ever encountered a more cohesive team that really cared about the customer as much as these guys. Definitely would recommend!!

    I had the best time picking out my new vehicle. The staff was friendly an helpful and best of all so patient. I love my new Sonata and I am so thankful they were ab;le to work with me on my budget. They even have free car washes on Saturdays I would recommend to this place to anyone looking to buy and who wants to be treated honestly and fairly.
