  Private Collection is the place to go for exotica

  We were extremely impressed with their showroom, delivery, no haggle pricing so we did not end up spending a day waiting for the sale manager to work you into all the stuff you do not need. I came to pick up the car next Monday they have the car all detailed up for us. I will return for my next purchase.

  Seems to keep high quality high end used cars. Facility is a bit of of problem being a warehouse, they have to keep moving cars around but the guys don't seem to mind. Overall recommend.

  Sold me a Boxster that failed driving off the lot

  Was sold a lemon Porsche Boxster that was falsely represented, and want to warn you all from buying from this shady dealer. I bought a Boxster from here and during the test drive felt the manual transmission had some issues but was assured it was nothing to worry about, and plus the car supposedly had a warranty so even if it had an issue it could get fixed. Unfortunately, barely a week later the transmission did in fact fail as I feared (my worst fear is buying a used car and having it fail right away). I went to a nearby Porsche shop, had to pay over $2000 to fix it, and the warranty did not cover it! This was just a week after buying it! I called Private Collection to see if they would help fix the situation and they refused to help in any way, claiming a failed transmission barely a week after buying is normal wear and tear. Let this be a warning to all that this place is super shady, and in my opinion, a scam dealer. Any reputable dealer would at least pay for half a repair like this when a car has a major failure only a week after buying it. There are so many places to find good used cars, its just not worth it to take a risk going to a place like this. - Chris.

  Bought a 2012 Audi R8 with 19k miles and couldn’t be happier with the car or the experience. They gave me what I wanted for my 2013 Porsche Carrera 4 Cabriolet. I will be back in the future, thank you so much.

  I was looking to buy a Corvette from this dealership. Nothing in their advertised add stated that paintwork had been done to the vette until I asked. Nick said it was minor but the point is to be upfront and mention this in the add. Hope this will help other buyers..What is minor $500, $750, $1000.? I do not know because I did not see the vette. Buyer be ware...

  YA GOT A HAPPY GUY HERE..........

  Most people have some fears and doubts about buying a car from ANY car dealer, so buying one from a mostly internet-based dealership probably scares you to death! Well....knock it off. Seriously. These guys just....ROCK! I guess I'm a little more daring than some, because I felt fairly comfortable with the idea to begin with. Then after talking on the phone with Nick for about 2 minutes, it made me realize I was definitely in the right place. Bought a Tesla S coupe and the buying experience was phenomenal. I don't even know where to start about Nick. One of the most caring customer service oriented guys you will ever have the pleasure to buy a car from. He is seriously the best and most honest person I have EVER dealt with when buying a car. Now THAT is saying something! I WISH I COULD STEAL HIM FOR MY BUSINESS! He's right on top of everything and he is in constant contact making sure every single detail is being handled. When he says he's going to do something.....it's done. He has a wealth of knowledge and leaves nothing to chance. Before the transport truck loaded the car for delivery to GA he even did a walk-around video and sent it to me. The guy.......is good. Like I said, his attitude about customer service is truly remarkable. He even told me "When the car is delivered I don't care WHAT time it is...even midnight.....call me and tell me if you are happy with it." The Tesla arrived and EVERYTHING was just as described and promised. I'm LOVING this car and the experience with Private Collection Motors was BEYOND a 10+. I know. I Know. Hard to believe. Especially if you've had some of the experiences with "car salesmen" like I've had. I have nothing but great things to say about PCM. From my buying experience, I would recommend them to anyone. And the Tesla is pretty rockin' too!

  Nick! Nick!Nick all the way! What an amazing person! Never met in person, spoke to him over the phone. prompt responses. Always, always doing best for his customers. Well, never felt like speaking to a car salesperson. It was more like 2 car enthusiast talking! He recommended the best mechanic for the value and for the best for the car. Cannot ask for more!   After I emailed Private Collection Motors that I wanted to purchase a used Mercedes GL450 that was listed, I was immediately contacted by salesman Nick Sowlati. Nick was courteous, informative and walked me through the whole process. Nick also arranged the delivery of the car for me and it arrived it great condition on time. I am very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Private Collection Motors.
