  This is the best car dealership that I have ever experienced. They took care of me since the first day I walked onto the lot and even after the sale. I got the car I came in for and I was given a fair price and it beat out all their competitors. I would strongly suggest checking out Prime Autos Of Hagerstown before any other dealership.

  I honestly can't express the wonderful car buying experience that Julian and Charlie bring to the table. They are both such wonderful people. It's obvious from the moment you meet them that they truly care about their customers and the automobiles they put them in. Every car on the lot is in pristine condition and they will bend over backwards to help you with whatever you may need. They put me in my dream car and I couldn't be happier.   My Daughter's First Car

  We just bought a used CR-V for my daughter as her first vehicle. First of all, All the vehicles on the lot were in great condition and looked to be well cared for. They had a small, but nice selection of different makes and models that were not over priced.. Second, The service at Prime Autos was EXCELLENT! This husband and wife duo (the owners of the lot) were friendly and treated us like they have known us for years! When the time came to get the car, they were super accommodating with my husband's and my busy schedule. I would definitely recommend giving Prime Autos a look!!!

  Julian and Charlie are super people. Julian took time to explain all the details of the car I was looking for. He worked with me and now I have a really cool vehicle. Charlie who is the paperwork portion of the business made all quick and easy. All his care are either one owner cars or in pristine condition. Good as new!!

  I got what I wanted

  (Apologies in advance, but even though I made paragraphs, the preview is apparently making my review look like a giant wall of text) I had been seeking a 2010-11 Ford Ranger Extended Cab, 4.0 V6, and manual for quite a while. This was actually the third attempt I made, having already missed out on a private sale and a separate dealer in VA. Good thing those fell through, because I eventually landed at Prime Autos. Somehow, they had acquired a Ranger, including the features I wanted, with surprisingly low mileage. It seemed that a state DMV clerical error had perhaps turned off some buyers, but it was the opportunity I needed. It was simply a matter of realizing that the odometer contains a tenths reading, unlike nearly everything recently made. This place is 57 miles from where I live, so naturally I called to confirm availability. So, when I learned it was still available, I made the trip. I saw the vehicle and it was immaculate. My test drive only reinforced this. The truck clearly felt new and not even broken in. At that point, I didn't need much convincing. So, the buying process : They were open to a little bit of negotiation, which is a positive in my book. Moreover, and quite unexpectedly, they even agreed to deliver the vehicle to my house. That was huge, given I live far away, and their willingness to do that, whether they had business in my area or not, is exemplary customer service. I'm not a stranger to buying, but everyone's different. This is a very small office and you're working directly with the ownership, a pleasant (and talkative, haha, they will engage you) husband and wife team. Being licensed dealers, they can do all of the requisite paperwork that's needed, and they're detail oriented, perhaps almost to a fault. This morning, they arrived at my house with the truck, provided me the finishing paperwork I needed to sign. As I handled the papers with Charlie, her husband Julian went out and applied my temp tags, and made sure I had both keys and the oil change sticker, so I'd know when to keep up regular maintenance. All in all, a pretty easy endeavor, and I hope I won't need any cars for a while. Nonetheless, I will not hesitate to recommend Prime Autos to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
