  Terrible customer service.

  Found a vehicle that I wanted to purchase on Monday. Made plans with the dealership to come down and purchase the van on Friday of that same week. In constant correspondence with the dealership via text and phone calls. Salesman recommend on Thursday that I get the vehicle insured in my name to save time, which I did. I was under one hour away from heading to the dealership with a certified check in hand from the bank and proof of insurance when they called and told me that the vehicle was sold to someone else. Absolutely would not recommend doing business with this dealership. Then another employee called to explain why it was my fault, and told me if I had been on my way an hour sooner I would have been able to purchase the vehicle. Never once was I informed throughout the process of getting financing and insurance ready that someone else was interested in the vehicle etc. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy.
