    Good salesman but the car remains mechanical issue

    The salesman is quite busy but is still patient. I am looking at the black Tacoma that looks overall great but after the mechanic inspection, it is discovered with a few problems that need to cost quite a fortune. To the leat, the brake requires 500$ and suspension requires 900$ to be fully replaced, not to mention alignment issue or some oil leaks of the engine. However, there is not much price we can negotiate with the manager, so I have to give up the deal since I don't want to spend another 2000$ upon this "fair deal". Overall, I like the car and the people there, but the price stops me there.

    Both Jay and John provided very professional, courteous, and friendly assistance in my quest for a used Toyota Tacoma. The challenge was to purchase a Tacoma in great condition, with the lowest miles on it that my limited budget could handle. They never tried to push me toward a certain vehicle and allowed me the time I needed to make the right choice for me even though I looked over five vehicles and test drove four of them. Thank you!

    I was looking for a specific vehicle on the internet and found a few that were local. Upon inspecting these vehicles, the one Prestige had to offer was head and shoulders above the others. Car buying has changed over the years with the internet. You can check fair market value, history of the vehicle, and even reviews of the dealer. Prestige made my car purchase easy. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, transparent and most important when buying a car, no high pressure to make a sale. Thank you Jay, Jonathan and Donavan.

    Jay and everyone at Prestige were professional, they were easy to negotiate with and the vehicle performs as advertised without any surprises. Only thing is these fellas need a better lot, they're cramped for space.

    My wife and I were shopping for a Lexus SC430. A 1 hour drive with x-mas traffic 1 way. We called them and spoke to ( Johnaton ???) twice about the directions. When we got there. Their sign said their OPEN.But we & another cust. notice they were closed. We call. again & no one answered. We left. Then later on a older saleman call. us & asked if we call. YES. He, said he went to get the car washed.I told him I wasn't going to drive back. His voice & words, were he used could care less. How on a Sat. when cust. are shopping. Would you have dirty cars. And it take 2 saleman to get the car to the car wash ? This car has been For sale at least 12 weeks that I know of since ! They aren't in the quality of car sales. What a waste of time & gas.......

    COULDNT ASK FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE, THEY MAKE BUYING A CAR VERY QUICK AND EASY. I HAD A TRADE IN AND THEY OFFERED WAY MORE THAN THE BIG DEALERSHIPS AND GAVE ME A MUCH BETTER PRICE ON THE ACADIA I GOT FROM THEM!!!!

    The buying experience couldn't have gone better. Jonathan and Jay were very responsive to questions and made the deal painless. The car I purchased was in fantastic condition and I believe they choose only the best examples to sell on their lot from what I've seen. If you are looking for a used car I would highly recommend stopping in and having a look.

    Had a great experience with Jay at Prestige. Test drove the car Saturday. Got a response Monday for my credit application and had the car by Thursday. Jay was nothing but helpful. I showed up first thing in the morning. Jay even took the time to run my car to the car wash while I was sorting paperwork and insurance.

    I had seen an ad for a used Dodge Dakota and requested some more information, via computer. Jay responded very promptly, even though it was after hours. Their dealership is about 2 hours from me, and I haven't gotten to their place yet. When I talked to Jay was very pleasant.

    I drove from Durham to look at a car. They stayed open late to meet me, did not rush me, were very honest about the car. The salesperson said he had been there 8 years. How often do you see that at a used car lot. Never felt like he was trying to pressure me to buy a car or hurry up and get me out so he could leave. I would not hesitate to get a car from Prestige.
