    I had a very bad experience with Prestige Lexus of Ramsey. I talked to the sales person, Kim, over the phone about a car they had for sale. I am about 400 miles away from them, so I asked about every detail and they assured me the car was in perfect condition. I asked if it had any scratches that can’t be seen in pictures, she said ‘No, it is in a good condition, no scratches or any other problems.’ I believed her and they made me get an insurance and to pay a deposit before coming to their dealership. I drove 400 miles to come and find out the car wasn’t as described. It had a lot of scratches and when I showed her these problems, her manager said ‘It’s not a brand new car.’ When I wanted to negotiate, Kim said ‘You are stealing this car for this price already, we don’t negotiate. Whatever we told you over the phone, that is our final price.’ I asked to get a refund for the deposit i paid and was told it will be refunded the next business day. I left disappointed for the way they treat their customers. Two business days have passed and still didn’t get my deposit back. Also, I see they posted the same car for $1,500 cheaper than what they wanted to sell it to me. I ask you to stay away from these kind of dealers. Save your nerves and time and go do shopping somewhere else with people who deserve your money and give you better product and service.

    This is our 3rd time purchasing or leasing from Prestige Lexus in Ramsey and it because we had a great experience there. This time it wasn’t big difference except low options of new cars choice. Thanks Rudy Trbovich for his professionalism, warm and accommodations.

    Misleading deceitful

    I'm looking for a new car and my husband received an email they were doing certified preowned leases. He already owns a Lexus. I called and spoke with a woman who said they had a lot of cars for lease. I came in, the salesman Kelvin, couldn't have been nicer, he found a car and I took it on a test drive. I was in love. So we started working on the deal. The salesman comes back and says the finance manager said they were not doing the leases on the car I wanted as of that day. Mind you it was 6:00 at night. No one said anything before that. I was livid. The salesman tried to find me an SUV but that is not what I wanted. The poor salesman had a sale and it was ripped away from him and left very angry. I expected better treatment from this dealership.

    A great dealership

    After 3 weeks of dealing with some of the most unscrupulous people on Earth at various used by car lots in NJ, I thankfully found what I wanted at Prestige. My salesman,Justino, was patient, accommodating and completely professional. Their whole staff was very courteous. I was not buying a $40k Lexus but they treated me as if I was. I would highly recommend this dealership.

    Still waiting for a tracking number to verify my tags were sent to NC DMV. This dealership seems to not care about the customer once they receive their checks!!

    Terrible service department

    Service department is terrible. This is the second car that I've had to replace all four tires, as well as front and rear brakes, before hitting 25,000 miles. Instead of offering solutions, the service advisors just blame the driver and say we "must be driving in bad road conditions". Follow up call with service managers was basically them arguing with me for 20 minutes as to why they're not responsible and why it has to be my fault. Emails to service department director and dealership GM were handled by the service director basically repeating that the issue must be due to "the condition of area roads", and the GM just never replied at all. Prestige simply doesn't care about customer service - while their sales team seems OK, after the sale you might want to take your Lexus elsewhere.

We typically lease cars for 3 years and I even lost track of how many cars have we leased and bought at Prestige Lexus from Warren Port. He is an outstanding and trustworthy salesman. This is the reason we continue to come to Prestige Lexus for our new cars.

    I have purchased 3 lexus cars from prestige. Today was a horrible experience that I was shocked about. I was greeted professionally by a salesman as ususal, but it went downhill since. I tried out a car and loved it. It was my problem I did not bring the car I wanted to trade in, so all I wanted was a ballpark figure and was happily going to return later with the other vehicle. I was assured I would get a return call and I was called back twice with many missing questions unanswered. Finally after being told by the salesman he would immediately get back to me it was well over an hour and I called him back because I needed time to return to the dealership.When I got him on the phone the answer was they were so busy! Then he said, "congratulations, you can have the car!" He then gave me a quote 25% higher than he knew I could afford. In the past, they were never too busy for me and I never got the run around. I then checked the exact car I wanted on there website......it is $2,000 LESS online! I have sent several customers to them in the past. I feel if there were too busy for me, did not answer simple questions I asked, gave me an outrageous price and I found the car I wanted online for less money, then they do not need my business. I am very disappointed!

    Airbag Replacement

    I brought in my car for replacing the passenger side airbag . I was told that it would take about 4-5 hours and that a loaner car would be made available for me . . It was a 2017 Lexus . The customer service rep. told me to call late in the afternoon and he would let me know the cars' status . When I called , Iwas told that the car would be ready the next day . It was and the car had been washed and cleaned
