  Took forever, never told me what interest rate I was approved for. Salesman didn't want to talk to a female. Called back later to try to get an oil change for new car that I got there and they couldn't figure out the phone system to get me to service and get an appointment. I called 4 times. - Sorry - we only have two people back there in service and they are both with customers..... What the heck am I?

  Im super impressed with these guys. My old truck finally wore out and it was time to replace it. Mike Nissen and John Robertson worked all day(and half of the night)to find the truck I wanted; in Tulsa, Oklahoma!! Mike said we got it for you and John is working out the details. John said "I will have it here in two days for you." I have bought 7 vehicles from Mike Nissen and this is exactly the reason why!

  This is about the 6th or 7th car I've purchased from Prestige. They are always very courteous and patient when dealing with me. Their pricing and negotiating is fair and not intimidating. I probably will buy another vehicle from them, someday.
