  SCAM Be careful.

  They force you to pay an extra 1000-5000 on top of the listed price in completely random and illegal expenses. One of these includes an "anti-theft" package costing 1,000$ that the "owner?" Described as "vehicles are stolen off my lot and in order to lower my insurance premium the buyers have to buy this anti theft package that covers the vehicle for the next 5 years so that if the vehicle is stolen you get a check cut for 5k on top of your own insurance money". There's plenty of scams like this that I've come across, but this one is one of the more predatory ones I've ever encountered. This isn't even including the completely atrocious costume service, as if that wasn't already a given for the story above. We went to look at a jeep and the battery was dead so it didn't start. Had to help the kid who jumped the car make sure he put the cables on the right terminals so he didn't kill himself. Be careful out there and dont become another victim.

  Crap customer service and salesman

  I went in to check out a Tacoma. I had to walk in and ask for help. This old man didn’t know what he was doing yet showed the truck. He said a salesman would meet us after and none ever did. Then they finally proceeded to raise the price by 5k claiming bs

  Stay away from Premium Auto!

  Online inventory was attractive but the actual vehicles were not up to par. Shady salesmen and rude. Didn’t seem trustworthy with handling personal information for a loan process so moved onto another dealership.

  Don't waste your time with premium autos

  They mislead you. They attract you with good price and then add thousands of dollars for so called additional items such as overpriced alarms and other car equipment. Do not waste your time with this dealership, unless you want to be ripped off.

  Stay Away!! Fake Listings! Bait and Switch

  Bait and switch! I flew down from the bay area, HUGE waste of time. I called a few days before and then Called at 430PM the day before and showed up the next day just after they opened at 10AM and "apparently" they sold the car the day before I arrived. The kid at one of the desks wanted to show me other cars. Good old trash used car dealership. STAY AWAY

  Horrible thieves

  At first I did not pay attention to the one star review but now I know why they have that one star they have horrible service, lie about the prices and when I was purchasing the car they add all kinds of weird fees like a $1000 dealer fee which is illegal in California, I cancelled and and went to another dealer. The cheap prices are just to Real you in and then they get you. I will be reporting them soon

  Don’t waist your time!!! Scam

  They have vehicles listed online that are not there. I called before to check to see if the was available. I drove 30 mins once I showed up they told me that they don’t have that car. I checked out the other cars they had and most of them have have been in accidents and have poor Repairs done. Save your time and do not go to this place.

  Fake Listings

  I've seen several cars listed as their highest tier version just to click on them and find that the car displayed and what you're told by the listing title don't line up. They even go as far as to take bad pictures on some of t he listings to hide what the car really is. Like trying to hide that it's a Mercedes C300 and not a Mercedes AMG C43/63 and so on. xxxxxxx marketing practices *thumbs down emoji*

  2016 Lexus IS 200t

  Today I went to inquire about a lexus I had seen on their website. Also contacted them ahead of time and was told it was available. When I arrived after a 2 hour drive I was told someone had a security deposit on the car and had wasted my time and gas when it could’ve been avoided with simple communication. Would not recommend.
