    Head unit replacement

    I brought my car in for a warranty replacement of the head unit. I was given a timeline of 4/6 weeks to 6 months. I called to check in after 3 weeks. No return phone call. I call the GM and the service manager a week later only to learn the part hadn’t even been ordered yet. After raising a ruckus, it turns out the part can be ordered, shipped, and installed in 10 days. Had I not been persistent in my follow up, I would still be waiting on my part and a return phone call.

    We went on test drive and I pointed out that car ran rough asked for someone to go on test drive and was told they couldn’t. I pointed out that shocks were leaking and mechanic was called out. They said they would put it on rack insisted he takes it for drive but was not willing. He came back said front shocks were bad they would replace those, I kept insisting backs were no good he finally said we will start with front and go from there. After 3 weeks of bugging them about parts they were finally in. Took car in and after 1 week and 1/2 going back and forth they kept saying it was only fronts. I was told speak to Sales Manager called multiple times and finally got to speak with him after discussing my concern he told me they can offer to split the charge I told him what was said between sales rep/mechanic and myself, and he told me go in on Saturday. I went in to sit for 2 hours to wait for him and for him to tell me the same thing. I should’ve gotten written agreement and I brought it up to the financing rep. and she assured us no if they said they would fix they will no need for that. I was also told by sales rep we can’t sell a car if it is not safe I stressed my concern and safety of my family to manager but apparently safety is not his concern or anyone at this dealership. Overall wasted my time going to speak with sales manager since he had nothing to offer. Would not recommend this dealership.

    Respectful, Straightforward Vehicle Purchase

    I reached out ahead of time to the dealer, online, and they had the vehicle I was interested in ready to test drive when I got there. The salesperson I worked with, Dennis, was friendly, responsive to my needs, and respectful of my wishes regarding exactly what I was looking for in my purchase. Safety protocols were in place and observed consistently. I had already interacted with (and walked away from) multiple dealers and done months of research before visiting Premier, and was thrilled to finally find the vehicle and the level of service I was looking for here. Thank you!
