    STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE LIARS

    Stopped by to check out their selection while shopping for a new car. I explained exactly what I was looking for, and I was shown vehicles that were either larger than I wanted, or had terrible gas mileage. The first salesperson barely knew anything about the vehicles to the point I had to correct them, and after each test drive I had no less than three salesmen asking how they could get me to buy that day. Each time I said that I wasn't interested in buying on the same day and yet they persisted. If you're looking for a high pressure dealership, then Premier will be for you. However, if you like to take your time, shop around, and make sure you're getting the most for your money, I would look elsewhere. Went back again two years later. They had a truck I wanted for a reasonable price. The salesman, CJ, told me the paint peeling on the door frame would be repaired under GMC warranty. LIES. I bought the truck and when I tried to have the paint repaired their service department told me it was a rock chip. An inch and a half long, peeling rock chip apparently. They also told me even if they were to fix it it wouldn't look good because they would hand paint it. Also, during the sales process, I asked repeatedly about what APR and loan terms I was being given, and neither CJ, nor anyone else would give me a straight answer. I had to wait until getting back to finance to even learn the terms of the loan I was supposed to be agreeing to. I ended up signing the paperwork, but knowing what I know now, that is just another shady sales tactic by Premier to sucker you into signing without having any time to really think it over or calculate the total loan cost. If I would have had 5 to 10 minutes to really go over the loan terms I would have turned the deal down. I can't speak low enough about the liars and thieves at Premier. Next, within the first 1k miles and 30 days my MAF went out. That was fortunately covered under GMC warranty. The grounded wire that continued to persist afterwards wasn't covered, even with the fancy MOTORTREND 6 month warranty. It means nothing, so don't fall for it. I told them to call me if it was going to be more than $200. They called me when it was finished and I was charged $240. $240 for a technician to attach a lead to the negative battery terminal and test the pins in the connection and no notification the price would be over $200. Wiring isn't covered by any warranties don't you know. That's a lot of money to some of us and I can't just afford to be at their mercy with no warning of the potential bill. The fact that GMC hasn't stepped in to change the way this dealership handles their service department and lying sales department speaks volumes about GMC as a company. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM PREMIER.

    Very pushy and will tell you anything for a sale and then turn around and want you to sign saying they didnt promise anything!! We will not be going back there! The whole experience was horrible!

    Crooks! Buyer Beware

    Went there against the recommendation of friends which have had bad experiences there, interested in a GMC Terrain. Andrew came out and spoke with me about the vehicle and we took one on a test drive. He was helpful and even offered to let me take it home for the evening to test drive. I didn’t realize it until I left the lot and was almost home that the gas light was on and I had to buy gas for it. When I took it back the next day to see what the payments would be and asked if they could find one locally of a different color. They had found one that was a little more than the one they had, and was very pushy for me to buy it that day. I was just ready to have the person that I was buying the car with come in and we would sign everything when Andrew apparently needed a fifth sale so badly that when another customer came in he COMPLETELY ignored me and walked past me like I wasn’t there. I had to tell the guy that appraised my trade my counter offer and he laughed at me in my face and said, “ you won’t have to worry about that”. Well, they will not have to worry about having my, or my family’s business which have bought several vehicles from them in the past!! Save your time, money, and stress and go elsewhere.

    I recently purchased a new vehicle from premier Chevrolet in Morgantown wv. Love the car,I paid full sticker price but asked for all weather floor mats.I was told they had to order them and I could pick them up. 40 grand and they couldn't ship them to me? Ok. After waiting for weeks and no news I called they said they were in so after going there and being told the parts dept was closed the salesman said he would mail them to me. That was 3 promises ago and still nothing. Managers are always unavailable when I call. Rolled out the red carpet for the sale! After the sale you get treated like $#!+ I don't recommend!!!
