    Stay away!
by Chris from Racine, Wisconsin | April 23, 2021

I here these guys on the radio all the time. I've been in the market for a car for a while now they had 4 cars I was interested in. 4 Different BMWs. I'm a prior BMW mechanic so it's a brand I know very well. The first was a X3. It was in OK condition but there were coolant stains all over the front bumper. Next car 3 cars were all 3 series. They do a very good job of hiding defects of these cars in the pictures they provide. First 328 ran like crap and barely even started. Interior was in rough shape as well. Next 3 series ran good but was leaking oil. You could tell they did a very good job hiding this fact and had the engine bay cleaned immaculately. After starting the car, I peaked down at the oil filter housing and noticed a dribble of oil. Not a huge deal but there was no mention of this in the vehicle description and the salesman seemed very bothered that I was there in the first place. He kept on fiddling with his Vape pods. I didn't even want to see the next vehicle at this point but it was on the way to my car. It appeared that someone had tried to repair paint chips all over the car with nail polish dabs. It was horrendous. These guys may have some good cars but none that I saw were is anywhere near good shape or selling condition. The dealership itself is a hole in the wall type place that looks to be in just as poor condition as the cars they're selling.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE ... A BUNCH OF CROOKS
by Your Pal from treat people the same way you wanna he treated , IL | February 18, 2020

Where to begin , Bought a 1 owner car that couldn’t be talked up enough by the sales people I was hesitant to buy on the spot without having my mechanic look the car over but they insisted they check all their cars out and gave me a 15 day warranty within a week the car began to have drivetrain issues and would barely start , after much effort I finally got them to take the car back to fix it they ignored me and would barely even email me back and took 3 weeks to get the car back only the part safety computer unit was replaced all other things they claimed they did were not done the car barely made it home and wouldn’t start the next day had to tow it to my mechanic who already had diagnosed the car for them a month prior they wasted over a month of my time and damaged my car on the outside ..: the also self admittedly let the sales people drive my car without my knowledge and left the car damaged and didn’t even replace the gas they used ... if you aren’t capable of being honest , holding your word or even being a decent human being you should just close down and give up , there are multiple other things but I think this is a plenty good warning to people DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE

Great buying experience from out of state!
by Eric H. Doss from Lowell, MA | February 13, 2020

I'm located in Boston and have been searching for a car across the country. I've contacted dozens of dealerships with varying levels of responsiveness and willingness to help me, based on my location. From the first call with Dan, then my conversations with Bryan, Premier Auto was the most professional. Dan provided the pictures requested within minutes of contacting him. The pictures were detailed, showing exactly what I asked for, and helped me make the decision to purchase the car. Once I arrived, the car was exactly as described, no surprises. Bryan gave me plenty of time to do my inspection of the car, and a test drive, and we wrapped up the paperwork in less than 20 minutes, once I checked everything out. After the sale, Bryan went out of his way to resolve a paperwork issue that wasn't his fault, including overnighting the documents that the MA RMV needed. And he found a second keyless fob for the car, which he sent over too. I've bought 3 or 4 cars online, from private sellers and dealerships, and Premier Auto is simply the best. Their communication was great, the car was exactly as described, the buying process was simple and quick, and they've been great after the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Premier.

    Terrible service
by BMW 428xi from Des PlAines | October 22, 2019

I bought a bmw here back in May. Everything was ok until I called in to let them know that my trunk was broken and I realized it the first time I went grocery shopping. Took 2 months for them to take me to inspect it and told me to go home until they find a part. A month went by and no call. Finally I called again and Brian told me they found it but I have to pay for it. I told him I had a warranty that I purchased when I bought my car. Brian said let me check and I’ll call you back. It’s been 2 weeks and no call back. I’m just waiting to see how long goes by before Brian decides to take a look at my purchase and see if I have the warranty. I may be waiting another 2 months...
