Terrible, just terrible

This guy was so incredibly unprofessional I don’t even know where to start. I say “this guy” because I don’t know his name, he never introduced himself. He didn’t really do much during my visit, but what he did do was awful. This was my first time buying a car and this experience was nothing like any other dealers I’ve been to. He had an attitude the whole time and I’m not sure if that’s because he didn’t respect me because I’m a female and was with my mother, or what but it was uncalled for. When I was done with my test drive and overall inspection of the vehicle, (he was watching us from the door, don’t think he liked that I popped the hood) I went back in and told him I was ready to talk numbers. He said okay and then proceeded to take care of other customers, even making multiple phone calls during our transaction. The vehicle I was looking at was a little pricey for me and I told him if he dropped a few hundred dollars I could walk out paying CASH that day. He refused to negotiate so I left without a car and with a nasty taste in my mouth. I drove almost 50 miles to be disrespected and disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to anyone, as a matter of fact I recommend you stay far far away.

Need new starter... nightmare 30 days in.... PREFERRED AUTOS IS A BIGGG RIP OFF....THEY SAY YOU BOUGHT THE CAR AND THAT'S ALL DON'T BUY FROM HERE

Laurel, I am sorry you were not satisfied with your experience. A car having a mechanical issue after the delivery is not something we ever like for either party, but occasionally it does happen. As you can see from many of our other reviews, we have a pretty good success rate. Unfortunately, a starter is not something that usually shows symptoms. When they go they go. I just had the same issue with one of my personal vehicles. Worked fine all day and then all the sudden, that was it. At some point we do have to draw the line on what we will assist with. A lot of variables go into that. Time it was gone, age of car etc... I hope all goes well going forward. Pat G

Great experience. Pat is a really nice and genuine guy who is not trying to rob people of their money. I would def recommend this dealership for someone who wants a nice maintained used car

I bought a 2013 Chevy Spark from this dealer on 26th Oct 19. Drove to work for 3 days and on the fourth day the car battery died and had to replace it. I know I bought an "As Is " car but did not expect such an experience. I learnt from my experience and will not buy from this dealer or recommend them to anyone. Customer service was ok, not very friendly.

I was looking for a nice used car. Something that would last me. Having been to dealers before I was Leary . I saw a car at preferred autos llc. They have a large inventory of quality cars. The owner Pat, made every step so easy that I was driving away before I knew it. Quality cars, quality people!

Pat and his team were absolutely excellent. This was our first time buying a car and he made the process so easy for us. He explained every step of the process and made sure we didn’t have any doubts about anything. Both John and Pat were very helpful in the buying process. We knew what we wanted walking in the door. They we're able to speed the process along and get us out the door and just a little over an hour. I'm so glad we decided to go to Preferred Autos

Just purchased a car, BMW x3, from John. During the road test, I found some issues, e.g. Owner's Manual and Underneath were missing, and a cooling sensor was not installed. John agreed to "fix" them all and he did. Moreover, when I picked up the car and found the Check Engine light was on. John said it might go away after driving for a while. After three weeks driving, it was still on. So I took it back. John had his mechanic fix it and paid for the repair cost. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness. I am satisfied and pleased with his effort. Frank

Over ok place, small staff and although i have not bought a car from them yet they were cooperative (I am an auto mechanic) with getting a look at the car I came to see. My own time restraints prevented them from helping me further. Perhaps I will be able to return to possibly purchase.
