  Joshua was our salesman and was fantastic we bought the van for what we wanted to pay which was a Great deal and he has been so helpful helping us to pair our phones to the vehicle and telling us how to find the CD part to the radio our grandchildren live out of town so thankful that we had Joshua to help us Lol Great experience

  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

  Paid cash for Pacifica Hybrid..have had multiple issues...service department not timely with call back issues..we have initiated every call back for 3 service problems...have been told service would take 6 hours when in actuality took less than 1...no loaner cars for extended service... have dealt with another dealers in area and service here cannot compare...totally unprofessional...

  Totally Awesome Experience

  After a week of looking for a used truck and coming up disappointed by the deceptive pictures online and non professional people we dealt with, we finally found a truck we liked online based on price and the pictures provided on the Plaza Chrysler Dodge website. Although we live in Clearwater, we decided to take the 1.5 hour drive hoping the truck would be what we expected. The trip was worth it in SO many ways. Not only was the truck nicer in person but the sales woman, Christina Finch was such a refreshing pleasure to work with. No high pressure sales tactics. No trying to steer us into a higher priced truck. She could not have been nicer and more professional from the moment we arrived until we left, with the truck, 2.5 hours after thier normal 6pm closing time on a Saturday night. Mr. Orr was also so accomodating as he also remained to complete the paperwork in order for us to leave with the truck that evening. The dealership itself was beautiful, clean and very professional. We are so glad we took the drive and would do it again in a heart beat if we are ever in the market for another vehicle.

  Beware. Terrible dealership

  Terrible experience. Was there for 4 hours. They shotgun my credit to 8 different banks. Found out my score dropped 100 points. Lied and said they could approve me. Waste of time. Got approved a month later from another dealership and same vehicle.
