    Wow--- What dedication your whole team did to get me into the 2019 Dodge Ram truck. I want to especially give thanks to Christina Finch who was very knowledgeable about the truck I finally decided on. She spent a lot of time with me. Thanks to Mark Graff who finally clinched the deal.. Thanks also to Justin Fumi who explained all the other features of the truck, and only because I was there the next day and Christina wasn't in yet because of her schedule. Robby Vines did all the final paper work and I. was able to drive the truck out the same day.     I got a great car at a good price. Im really happy with it! I had an issue with a tire having a slow leak and they replaced the tire with no problems.

    Got duped into a used wrecked former-rental pile

    Lying crooks! Salesman Shane, who was later arrested for shoplifting Redbulls from the Racetrac across the street, talked me into a 2015 Ram 1500 Big Horn (still under factory warranty) after I was having several electrical problems with my 2013 Express. When talking with him about the vehicle, he presented a Carfax-type of print out. On it, it stated that the vehicle use was "Rental/Lease". No further information was presented at the time. When I inquired about this, I stated to the salesman that I was not interested in a former rental vehicle. He ensured me that it was not a rental, and that it was leased by an elderly couple. He also noted that the report indicated an insurance claim, which I had not noticed at this time. He stated that the elderly couple towed the 2015 Ram 1500 behind their motorhome, and that while towing, the vehicle had sustained some minor front-end damage, and claimed it on their insurance to be repaired. Well... turns out, after all kinds of issues that the dealer denies and drivability issues that would not be acknowledged by this dealer and therefor could not be fixed, I was left with no choice but to trade the vehicle in at the Chevrolet dealer next door. When they ran the Carfax report on the 2015 Ram, the results sent me into a rage. The Ram was not leased to an elderly couple who towed it behind their motorhome, it was ordered and purchased by Enterprise Rent A Car. And the truck was not damaged by being towed behind a motorhome incorrectly, it was being driven and collided with a tree! This explains some, if not all, of the issues I had while owning this truck, and if this information had been disclosed to me prior to the sale, I would have taken another route. Instead, I was stuck with this pile, and had to trade it in at yet another dealership just to get away from it, compounding the debt.     I'm beyond disappointed

    I was so excited to drive my new (used) car off the lot. A week later its in the shop for major transmission repairs. I was under the impression that it had a 30 day warranty, but have been told I have to pay the repair bill. I do not understand how a company can tout their 52 point inspection and then refuse to make repairs on a major issue they missed. I cant help but wonder if the car was inspected at all, or if problems were found and ignored. I really feel lied to and taken advantage of. I wrote a nice review the day I bought the car, and regret that now. The car is still being repaired. I haven't even made my first payment on it yet and already i'm trying to figure out how to pay for repairs. I really expected more from this dealership.

    Rob (Service Manager) personally handled my 2014 Wranglers service needs. My vehicle needed Warranty service work and Rob expedited it quickly and efficiently so that I was not without my vehicle for very long. The quality of the repair and appearance of my vehicle when it was returned to me was impeccable. Fantastic service once again. Thank you Rob. ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿

    We we're extremely impressed with our salesperson Derik Moss. He was honest, caring, intelligent and a tremendous advocate of ours. He was very knowledgeable regarding all the cars we viewed. His professional demeanor was sincere and we never felt pressured. In my 50 years of buying cars, he was by far the best salesperson I have ever experienced. He should be commended for his vast knowledge of the industry and be an example for all to follow.

    OUTSTANDING SERVICE EXPERIENCE !! This was my first experience with Plaza Chrysler in Inverness . I am somewhat new to the area and was looking for a great Chrysler Dealership not to far from my home. I had gone to the same dealership for service in Orlando for over 30 years , with great service there as well. At Plaza , however , I was made to feel like part of the family from the moment I got there. I read numerous reviews on Plaza Chrysler as well as another dealer in Crystal River. It was clear after reading the reviews that Plaza was the best choice which was confirmed when I called and spoke with their service manager - Rob . He listened to my concerns and what I was looking for and suggested Megan as my Service Adviser - a perfect choice for me she is kind , always has a smile on her face and willingness to listen and suggest service in a non - pushy way). I had recently purchased a 2014 200 convertible from a dealer in Daytona Beach and was looking for a local dealer to service the car. The car is in pretty pristine condition and I wanted to keep it that way. After doing an initial oil change and multi point inspection , I had to return to have the brakes corrected that were damaged by the dealer who sold me the car (after doing service on it after I had bought it). The rotors were turned incorrectly and the car shook and shimmied badly. I took the car back to Plaza where Megan listened intently to how the car was performing and got it into service where Rob ( tech) pulled the brakes and saw that the rotors were damaged which was causing the bad and dangerous performance. Rob felt the only safe way to correct the problem was to replace the rotors and I asked that the pads be replaced as well. The job was completed the next day after parts came in and the car performs like new . I also had the brake fluid changed and the fuel injectors cleaned as well at the suggestion of Megan - who was right. with only 29k miles but 5 years old , I felt it was the right thing to do . She was right ! With the new brakes and fuel system cleaned the car drives like it is new. Rob(Service Manager) was kind enough to take time out of his busy day to scan and send the invoices on the brakes to the dealer that I purchased the car from , including taking photos himself of the damaged rotors so I could get reimbursed for the cost of the brake job. The other dealer then sent back to Rob( for me) authorization that they would reimburse me for the brake job . Everyone went out of their way to help me in a sincere and empathetic way and worked with the other dealer and made me feel truly like family. Even Conner from sales took time to show me how and set up my Bluetooth and Navigation. It is so refreshing to see people work as a team to ultimately help the customer anyway they can. If you need to purchase a new or used Chrysler , Dodge or Jeep or need outstanding service , I highly recommend , Rob in service and even Dennis in the parts department. It is obvious that the way I was treated by everyone that the culture in the service department is a direct reflection on management and that would be Rob Scartozzzi - Service Manager . Could not be more pleased !!! Thank you all !!
