    My new car purchase was a disaster.

    I was overcharged nearly $800 in tax and license fees and then, rather than refund the money, the dealership reneged on the Veteran's discount they gave me due to a claim that I submitted the paperwork too late. These folks have much more respect for their own bottom line than they do for veterans or their customers.

    The technician provided a video wherein he personally points out and explains all he has found that needs addressed, not just the issue we had mentioned. We could clearly understand his speech, saw the need for work without feeling "upsold," and didn't have to guess the meaning of any scribbled shorthand notes. The repairs and overall service were performed very well, and a reasonable quote was provided for future work.
