    I WISH TO RETRACT THE FOLLOWING REVIEW. What can I say about this dealership that I didn't in my last review? We purchased our first Hyundai Santa Fe last June. It was a used 2008 and amazing. It's the only time a dealer has ever called me to come resign papers because they found me an interest rate that was 2% less than I was quoted!!! Three months ago I was in an accident and it was totaled. We didn't even consider another car or dealership! One week later we drive our rental car to Planet Hyundai in Golden. Our last salesman Alex was on vacation so I was a little nervous. That only lasted about two minutes. We were introduced to Martin and he was just as amazing and knowledgable as Alex had been the first time. Their finance manager, Chris saw us and remembered us from 6 months earlier and left his office to say hi. The General Manager Kevin also noticed us in the showroom and came to say hi and ask how I was feeling. A better experience I have never ever had at a dealership. Not when we bought two Mercedes or two Jags or the BMW. I highly recommend this dealership. No haggling, no pressure, and seriously painless!!!

    On Sat. November 16th my daughter and I traveled to Planet Hyundai to inquire of the Hyundai Tucson. We had just come from another dealership test driving Subaru vehicles. As nice as the vehicles were, the cars were not in my price range. Sales Consultant, Dave Britton, was outside the dealership as we arrived. I explained my interests in a Tucson, to which Dave showed us two vehicles he thought would be of interest. I test drove both Tucsons and liked how the black Tucson drove. Dave answered all our questions regarding the vehicle (as it was used). He even pulled the vehicle up on car fax in order to give us a concise history on the vehicle. He pointed out the 10 year/one hundred thousand mile warranty, the actual price of the vehicle posted so as no pressure or haggling needed to take place. Dave went out of his way to make us comfortable. Not once did I feel pressure to purchase. He allowed my daughter and I some time to discuss the matter privately and let us drive the car to lunch. By the time we returned, I had more or less agreed the Tucson was the vehicle of choice. The clincher was the warranty, the cost of the vehicle, and Dave’s honest approach in selling the vehicle. There were no surprises, not hidden costs. I have recommended friends and co workers to Planet Hyundai before and will continue to do so. I will now recommend them to Dave Britton whose professionalism and honesty will bring me back again. Thank you Planet Hyundai and a bigger thanks to you Dave for making my car experience a great one.

    Thanks to Dave Britton. I was in the market for a used car and went to Planet Hyundai after reviewing there web site. While looking at cars Dave approached me and asked if he could be of any help. He was nothing like you think a car sales guys, He was not pushy and just wanted to let me know he was available to help in any way i might need. It was my fortune that I met Dave. I told him I had a car in mind and he took the time to show me that car along with several others which would also meet my needs. He is one of the most patient guys around. I found a car that I liked and that's when his help was so valuable. Not having the best credit he worked with me and their finance guys to come up with financing which would work for me. Since the sale he has stayed in touch to make sure all is going well and has made it very clear that should I need any thing just call and he will be there. I would highly recommend Dave to my friend and to any others in the market for a new or used car. Thanks Dave.

    Dave Britton Cares!!

    2 years ago, our financial status was very ugly, and we were in desperate need of a car. Somehow, we lucked out and got in touch with Dave Britton. He cared about our situation, and understood where we stood. He worked what I considered miracles, and got me into an Elantra, which I loved! Of course, because of the state of our finances, our interest rate was extremely high. Thankfully, Dave did not forget us. He followed up with us on a regular basis, and when he saw a smoking hot deal on the Elantra, he gave us a call. Through email and phone calls, he was pretty sure he was able to get us exactly what we wanted, so we were set to go down to the Dealership. We showed up on Halloween and expected to be rushed through the process so all could go home and celebrate. Instead we were given a tour of the car and it's features, and allowed to take a test drive to suit us. At that point, Dave sat down and showed us details of everything to do with the financing, and pushed to get t! he deal through. Once in financing, they took the time to go over our options, and we walked out of there 2.5 hours later, with a new car, much better interest rate, and very, very happy with our service!     Superb Experience at Planet Hyundai

    Submitted an email late last night through Cars.com about a 2012 Used Xterra. Got a prompt response this morning from Dean, Internet Manager confirming availability and $$. Called him to set appt and he had vehicle pulled up to the front of store for my arrival. Efficient, professional and helpful. The vehicle was clean and well presented including an inspection list of details of what Planet Hyundai found and executed in the service dept for reconditioning. They also placed a vehicle history/title record and I was able to determine the Xterra was a local car. Great to have easy access to such valid information inside a used vehicle without having to ask for it. Professional, prepared and helpful. While I test drove the vehicle, they performed an appraisal on my trade. More efficiency. Returning from the test drive, Dean and his team were ready and presented a very fair proposal for the cost of vehicle, my trade in value and the financing. Chris did an excellent job handling the financing and paperwork. Everything these people said they would do was done as discussed in a timely manner. As an individual with a car habit - trading cars almost annually - I can say this was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had. The professional attitude toward their product, service and customers is spot on. More dealers should catch up and do business the way Planet Hyundai does. I just hope they have the right car next year too!

    I was looking for a cheap used vehicle for my daughter who was leaving the state to go to college. I thought that Planet Hyundai did an excellent job listening to my needs and trying to find the perfect fit car for me. I expect to be back here shortly when it is time for me to get a new car. I loved the philosophy of negotiation free selling the great prices that they had on all of their cars.

    My car got totaled, so I had to replace it in a very short amount of time. I found Planet Hyundai's pricing very competitive and strong customer service from their salesman Dean. To buy my Elantra, I didn't have transportation the 20 miles from home to the dealreship, so Dean picked me up. However, the process was delayed since the finance/title guy was late to work. I was even promised a breakfast burrito during the process (had me there for 3 hours in the morning without food), but they brushed it off. I was happy with Dean, others not so much.

    My car buying experience at Planet Hyundai was excellent. My husband and I came in several times, having never bought a car before, we were pleased at the level of customer service and experience we got from our sales guy Dean. Even though we asked a bazillion questions and didn't commit to a car for 2 months the whole Hyundai crew was helpful giving us different options that would suit our preferences and budget. Thanks a bunch we love our Sonata!

    Planet Hyundai has great internet specials. I reviewed the Sonata 2.0T Limited and found, through research, that it was a very good price. Rose is excellent at Planet Hyundai and the buying experience was easy. No issues at all.
