  Wonderful experience buying a used car. Sales person Ray was knowledgeable fun and very helpful! Best buying experience ever!! We wanted a pre certified vehicle and he was only concerned about find us a pre certified vehicle.

  Beware of service department, 8 weeks no car.

  Beware of their service department if you don't have a Hyundai. They have had our vehicle for 8 weeks and have blamed it on a former advisor, applying for warranty approval, a mechanic not used to our make, waiting for parts, and not having the correct tools. Very Frustrating

  Shopping for 2020 Hyundai Kona

  Was interested in a specific model of the Hyundai Kona. They had the car. Michelle, the sales person and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Gave a very reasonable trade in on my car. I have been to Planet Hyundai for repairs on my current Hyundai and service was fast, complete and honest. I have never had the quality of service I experienced with this dealer. I have found Hyundai to be an excellent vehicle and this dealership is absolutely tops. If I need more help on my two Hyundai vehicles or want to trade, I will, without hesitation go to Planet Hyundai.

  Easy and honest car buying

  Aiden and Aaron got us taken care of and set up in our new Hyundai Palisade. We were up on our lease for our Hyundai Tucson and looking to upgrade. Aiden was thorough with going over all the cool new features and had the car we were looking at ready to test drive when we came for our appointment. Aaron talked us through some thoughts we had about trading in vs buying out our current lease.I feel the entire experience really showed their no haggle business motto and looking to do what is in the best interest of their customer.

  I went in looking for a new car and working with Amy she was able to help me find exactly what I needed. I did some test driving of a few different models of cars and decided to go with a new Tucson. I love the car itself, but also Amy’s customer service and Andrews straight forwardness in the Finance department made buying and financing my first new car an easy to understand process. Thank you!

  Complimentary oil change after new car purchase

  This dealership provided exceptional service both when I purchased my new vehicle and when they performed complimentary oil change and 33 point engine check. The customer service was outstanding as well as the oil change service provided. I was treated like a valued customer and they were very thorough and professional in providing this service under the stringent requirements of doing business during the pandemic. I highly recommend Planet Hyundai for all your automobile needs.
