    Our (wife and my) experience at Piazza Hyundai was exceptionally satisfying. Ron Homnack was our sales person and he was more than we expected and even hoped for. He was exceptionally friendly, pleasant, informative, patient, and professional - quite a list! We love our choice of vehicle and thanks to Ron and Heather and those of the crew at Piazza...WE WILL BE BACK...to do our automotive business at Piazza Hyundai. And btw, talk about going the extra mile, Ron didn´t just gift us with ONE container of his delicious and treasured peanut butter pretzels...but TWO! WHAT A GUY!

    HORRIBLE service

    so I buy a new Elantra in March... great car...I pay $600 for the tire warranty. With less than 2000 miles I hit a pothole and get a bubble in tire. Call Hyundai Roadside service...which arrives in ONE HOUR....they tow my car to Sussman Willow Grove (nearest dealer).... Sussman tells me the tire is on backorder..and wants to put a different brand of tire on....I call Piazza and great call with manager...we have 4 in stock.. will put one aside for you...I make appointment..... take car in at 800 AM.... at 330 I get call...sorry we don't have the tire... will have to overnight it....next day....updates throughout the day (hat off to Tom service manager and nice enough guy)...... 4:00 car is done.....pick it up after hours..... that will be $179...."but I have the warranty... so should be no charge".... well let's check... does not show it here..... finally 10-15 minutes later after explaining my "ordeal"..they find that I have warranty... no apology....Manager acts like he is doing me a favor..."what's ten minutes" he says....POOR customer service

    Highly recommended. Piazza provides Excellent customer service. Sam was great. He answered all my questions and made my experience fun. Everything was better then expected. I never felt pressured.

    Keep away. After multiple emails back and forth regarding two cars we were interested in seeing and with assurance and appointments; miraculously the two cars were gone. I was fit to be tied. Of course they other cars to see at double the price. Keep away.
