    Sean Hagerty was terrific. My wife and I just walked into the show room unannounced and Sean was more than willing to take all the time we needed and answered all our questions with clarity and expertise concernining the MDX. There was no pressure or hard sell.

    The dealership took responsibility for resolving the issue that I was having with my car, even though they did not know what the problem was for a while. The resolution took longer than expected, but the communication was very good, including from the Service Manager. I felt like I was treated fairly. It made me feel that if I have a problem in the future, even the same one, they will resolve the issue.
