    Please Please DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! Normally i do not write a review but I just had to after my experience going there. I have been buying and selling cars for 20 years and have never been lied to, deceived, excuses, you name it when I asked questions when I was there. PRICES ARE LOW because of $800.00 doc fee and $1,200 loJac fee(stolen car recovery) which they do not disclose to very end so add $2,000 to every vehicle on lot and then prices are not that great. These fees are not negotiable. Please read this. So I live one hour away so I called to make sure the 4 vehicles I wanted to see were there and talked to DAWN. I gave her stock numbers and she told me yes we have all 4 vehicles on lot and have not been sold. Guess what I get there and they have 1 vehicle out of 4???? The other 3 were in transit (TEXAS), in shop for repairs and other was sold days ago??? So I ask I called and was told by DAWN that you had vehicles. His response Luis was she works in call center and forwards calls to us and doesnt have latest up to date info on cars??? I was like are you serious!!! WHY is DAWN answering Calls!! Oh forgot to mention Luis said if stock photo on web we do not have car only real actually pictures then we have car. So how I am suppossed to know that if DAWN didnt tell me.??? And actually not true because one car I called about had 20 real photos but was in transit!! IT ONLY GETS BETTER... The one car I wanted to look at was a ford fusion and every aluminum wheel was damaged/scraped from hitting curbs and could not be fixed. All 4 wheels. Luis response not going to fix car sold as is but we have a guy that could polish wheels after you buy but we are not paying for it. So I ask how much would this be he said about $300.00 per wheel. So add $1200 to price of car and I would have not have driven an hour if I knew wheels were scraped. Some dealers show photos of wheels and of course they do not. It also had a good size dent in fender that wasn't disclosed in pictures etc.. This was the KICKER. So we negotiated price for wheels and the one bald tire which brings up a great point ,ALL cars go through 120 point inspection before we put on lot. Okay if that is case then why are you trying to sell this car with a bald tire?? If I didn't check and drove off lot then what?? My state would fail the car for bald tires. So they inspect cars but what else do they overlook, skip, not fix and try to sell get away with if you don't inspect car or have a mechanic look at it???ANY CAR There!!! NAIL IN END> I asked DAWN about doc fees which almost all dealers charge she said I think its 395.00 okay typical fee and then I asked IS THERE ANY OTHER FEES COSTS MAINTENANCE FEES RECOVERY ETC>>>> NOPE we don't charge any other fees.. WRONG LOJAC FEE ON EVERY CAR IS $1,200 and DOC FEE IS $800 not $395.00. I wouldn't of gone there in first place if I knew about 20$00.00 mark up fee. Lastly no privacy there were like 5 desks in one small room and everyone was talking negotiating yelling cussing making excuses on phone to other customers asking for down payments etc..being loud because it was noisy in there. MY wife was sitting next to me and said did you just here that he said the F word and its the salesman!! If read this far would you go there???? I recommend you don't. THE END

    Luis was determined to get me in a vehicle. I had an older model car for the trade in and a small amount of money but they made it happen. Steve went out of his way to get me approved. I’m so grateful.

    Don’t waste your time, you aren’t going to get approved unless you pass the standard qualifications as any dealership would have when applying for credit. There is no real zero down program that helps you get a car. Ask to read the fine print. Either you have passable credit or your don’t, simple. Your credit is being ran. They don’t care about what sob story you have. They will run your credit to get your score and if it isn’t worth helping, your dismissed based off unapproval. It’s that simple.

    They used dishonest tactics and tricks to get me to sign all the paperwork before the car was prepared for sale. Over charge for preparation fee ($800). They delivered the car to my house with bird dropping on the outside paint chiped all over the car. The outside and inside of the car is still not cleaned. The tires are old and bearly passed inspection. The change oil light is on. I went to return car, ask for my cash deposit back in cash. I had been lied to some many time, I didn't trust their checks. They refused to return my $2000 cash deposit. Gave the one last chance to get everything right. I had to wait a week. They did come to my job and pick up the car. They had the car from 10:30am to 5:30pm and the only this that was done was the inspection. They say the oil was changed, but the change old light still on. I called to ask for the $800 preparation fee back because they didn't do anything. I don't trust they with my car anymore. The refused and hung up on me when I told then I was going to report them to the BBB, Capital One who financed my loan, and to the local news. I payed 30,000 dollars for my car, I shouldn't have had any issues. The floor manager Darryl admitted that how they do business. If you buy a car from them it will not be ready at the time you pick it up. Save yourself the trouble go elsewhere. FYI they still have not done anything to my car but the inspection.

    Sold me a car in April and 4 months later none of the proper paperwork has been filed, my temp tag has expired and i have been run through the ringer since day one. They never did my stickers never detailed my car after me being told to bring it up there more than twice. None of the fluids were checked and i was oit of $500 before i even made my first car payment.

    I have been there to check one of their inventory and they been ok and they show me the car fax for the car is clean and once I start checking the vehicle I find it has front and rear accidents and the repairs was really so bad and you can see the paint leaks on the car body, and when I went to the sales manager ge been disrespectful and he show how low is the dealership treat their customers, highly recommend don't even try to go there you will put yourself and your money in the wrong place

    Made an appointment to look at a specific car .They called to confirm in the morning. Drove for 45 minutes. Get there and the car was sold yesterday apparently. bathroom pipes are leaking piss on the floor, no soap in the dispenser. Hopefully you didn’t shake too many hands. Ewww
