  Best Salesman EVER!!

  Marcus Mister, the best salesman ever, made my experience at Phillips Chrysler amazing even during this Covid-19 pandemic. He was walking out to his vehicle, and noticed me looking at a truck and took the time to do a test drive and go over number with me. Then blew my mind when he offered me to take the vehicle home to show my husband. The next day, he went out of his way to make the deal happen. He didn't push me into extended warranties, or any other offers, but did explain how they all worked. He made me feel like we had been friends for years. I know there are many working parts behind the salesman and they made it seemless. I will not only recommend this dealership, but you have to ask for Marcus! Thank you so much for making a really bad month much much better!!

  Great, tailored service to find my dream Jeep

  I was on the hunt for a new Jeep Gladiator and found it here. I had the pleasure of working with Jessica Stevenson from financing to delivery. Yes... delivery. During the pandemic, I have been leery on venturing out too often unnecessarily and Jessica alleviated this concern by handling everything remotely until dropping on my beautiful new vehicle to my door step and even retrieving my trade-in for me. Upon initial inquiry, their inventory did not accommodate exactly what I was needing but Jessica was diligent about updating me on new inventory until she found my perfect fit. I can't say enough positive things about my experience and I would highly recommend this dealership and Jessica to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

  Used vehicle buyers BEWARE

  I bought my Cadillac SRX on May 12.2020-took it in for detail, by seat got broken from someone trying to retrieve their E cig that was dropped under the seat, it rolled out once I got home to figure out what was wrong. To many problems to list in this short review, now I am aware of a class action lawsuit regarding faulty headlights that don't work and the deadline was June 30th. I will NOT be a returning customer and I will post on all my social media and tell everyone I know!

  UNSCRUPULOUS DEALER

  After I purchased the car, ready to leave. Found those problems. The back-up camera is blur, cannot see anything. There's serious leaking under the hood. Rear seat has something like stain. (There's a car parking shades. It seems ok. But, I just realized that's how they hide the stain.) But, there's nothing you will do. BECAUSE I ALREADY BOUGHT IT.AND, I was so mad about the manger, Todd. The cigarette odor is really obvious, but WHY DIDN'T HE EVEN MENTION DURING THE CONVERSATION? All I think about is he wants to hide the truth. And, he knew I'm out of state; so, if I just ship it, there's nothing I can do, but accept that stinky smell and all problems. How's that possible to get a 4.5  review for the dealer who wants to hide all the issues? This is so ridiculous and unscrupulous.
