by John from Palm Bay FL | September 16, 2013I looked hard for a used 2012 or 2013 Yukon XL for several months. I wanted it to have several specific features. I was also picky about color. I searched the internet and with those leads, I talked to several dealerships. This was generally a frustrating adventure as I got many "sales" pitches that did not address my required features. Many of the sales people did not read or listen to my requirements. They tried to sell what they had, not what I wanted. I finally talked to Chris Hoff at Phillips Buick GMC. He handles the internet sales at Phillips. He had a Yukon XL advertised that appeared to be close and when I called for the final details we found it did not have the crucial electric folding mirrors, but he said he had another, newly acquired and not yet in the internet system, that might. He called back in a VERY Timely manner and confirmed that it met all my requirements. They also found financing that was better than my credit union offered and allowed us to take delivery without a return trip. A very refreshing experience.

 i went to the dealer and was told they had neither one
 
 this upset me and later i called and asked a salse person if they had either one and was told they had several
 
 a complete lie 
 false advertisement
