  Poor customer service, rude. Poor quality cars drove a long way to look at a car that was in horrible condition. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

  We had an issue less than 24 hours after bringing our Buick LaCrosse home. However, Kenny and the entire team at Phillips Buick-GMC made sure it was rectified. They really did a great job making sure they kept a happy customer. I would definitely deal with them again, even though I live almost an hour away. Thanks Phillips!
