Do not trust them. Unethical advertising.
by Jon from OKC | September 10, 2020

Would not honor their online and advertised price. I offered to pay full internet price plus their doc fee, but they refused my offer with asking for 3k more because they priced their product wrong 8 days ago. Beware of this place. If they are willing to do this then they are willing to be unethical in other areas as well.

Good Luck In Getting Anything Done After The Sale
by ExpensiveCarInTheGarage from Hobbs, NM | October 27, 2019

Purchased a new Toyota from Permian, who is to mail the Certificate of Origin to me so I can title the new vehicle. More than 30 days have elapsed and no COO. Car came with a 30-day temporary paper tag, which is expired. Unable to legally drive my new car. No help from dealer.

    False Advertising
by Brad from Hobbs | February 23, 2019

I viewed this car on the dealers website and also this website and both sites have the same price. When I went to the dealership to buy this car they said they couldn’t sell me this car at that price and the site was wrong but they don’t operate the site so it wasn’t their fault. It would be worth the drive to go anywhere else but here they are not honest and will not contact you and the customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen!

The phone numbers listed on cars.com were useless. One number (866) was general manager the other (571) was a sales person. Left both numbers a message and never got a call back. I selected several different extension when I called back numerous times and just got automated system. Finally after googling the dealer I found a number. That number was for there sister dealership a ford dealer and it was a back and forth phone tag. The salesman that helped me from ford was excellent but other than that it was a painful 18 day circus show. It was the exact truck I wanted but do to the run around I just didn't want the same games trying to buy a truck over the phone from a different state even though I purchased several vehicles nationwide without any issues.
