    Sales person was fine. Very nice and very personable. Tried to do as much as we could online and on the phone so we could be in and out. Spent over 4 hours there even though we tried to be in and out. I don’t know what the hold up was. They assured me it was a slow day and they had been bored all day. Before I arrived I disagreed with their $399 etching service and requested it be removed from the sale. Was told it was standard, I still refused it. Ended up getting a call from the rudest sales manager, John Bragg. Telling me it was already done and they do it when it’s brought on the lot and he has no interest in doing business with me if I refuse to pay for it. He quoted me $600 more on the price of the car if I refuse to pay for etching then said he would have it removed. The car was still a better discount than another place so I let it go. When I went to their lot and inspect the car I ask to see the etching and was told it wasn’t put on yet and will be before I leave. WHAT!!!??? They are kidding me right!? Also another hidden fee they do not tell you about it an $850 fee added on to basically charge you for cleaning your car before purchase and as income to them. No one mentions it and the note about it is taped to a cabinet I guess everyone is supposed to just see it. BTW I still am looking on my car for the $399 etching I was forced to buy even after refusing it. This place is not very honest and I have never been treated so rudely as their Sales manager treated me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The two stars are for one the very nice sales person and the other for the very nice finance person. I will never come back here though.

    REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Extreme poor customer service. They sent my title incorrectly to the WI DVM (instead of WA) and have been incredibly negligent on sorting things out. No updates (unless chased) and false/mixed messages. It has been 2 months now since the issue has been identified and we are nowhere close to a resolution. Stay far away if you can.

    First I just want to give a big shout out and huge thank you to Christina, Ben, Aaron and Audrey for getting me back into a Wrangler. Last week I noticed advertisements on great sales revolving jeeps. I was upside down in a loan with a vehicle that I truly wasn't happy with... So I checked out Perkins Motors (as I have heard nothing but great things about this dealership) and decided to just give it a shot and see if getting back into a Wrangler was even a possibility. I reached out and heard back fairly quickly. The application process was super easy, you could even upload photos of your vehicle which helps get you extra money towards the trade. I told them exactly what I could afford with my current situation and this team of incredible people made sure to get me into a Wrangler. And not just any wrangler mind you, they made sure I got one that had everything I initially asked for plus more. It's definitely a different process I might add you, as you can't exactly test drive vehicles with the this Covid19 evolving in the world. But the process was super smooth. They sent me tons of photos of the jeep, the window sticker, videos, I mean seriously any piece of information needed just so I knew what I was getting into. And I didn't have to wait to get my jeep, once the approval process was over they had a driver bring the vehicle to me, all the way to Denver metro and to my work!!! Again, Christina, Ben, Aaron and Audrey thank you so very much for all the effort you put into this process in order to get me back into a wrangler! Life is Good!!!

    John was great. He kept us informed. He took photos of what was wrong! He got our job done in good order. We were very impressed. We will not be taking our Jeep anywhere but to it’s home at Perkins.

    Our salesman Joe went above and beyond for me, I wanted a Jeep Renegade but they did not have any used, then Joe remembered they just took one in but has not been through detail or anything, they let us drive it and I fell in love, gave me a fair offer for my trade, Financing was easy, a very great car buying experience.

    Worst place ever

    Save your time and money and go somewhere else. These guys will sell you a broken vehicle at a much higher price and lie about any services they have done. I purchased a 2012 Ram 1500 and was told about any of the issues that came with it, they then gave me warranties that would even cover the issues that came with the vehicle. The Sales department also claims that they did a full service including oil change and a wheel alignment, which turned out to be a lie since have my two front tires are completely shredded. The sales person who sold me the vehicle didn’t even want to talk to me when I went back and when I complained about why I was like to their GM tried to make it seem like it was a regular Mopar issue that comes with the vehicle after so long. Bottom line is, these guys are liars and cheats. Just get a Toyota.

    Mike Deck did a great job with the Purchase of a new 2020 Ram 1500 . Mike was up front about everything I asked of him, the transaction was very smooth and accomplished as quickly as possible. It's the first time I haven't thought that I paid too much for a new truck.
