    Amazing customer service by Abby!
by Abby from Fairfield, OH | March 17, 2021

Abby went above and beyond helping me with a recall and tire rotation last night. She stayed late, got my car washed, and was so nice!

    Great Service!
by Gary from Cincinnati, OH | March 12, 2021

As a return customer, I was on the market at Performance Toyota for a new Rav 4. I came in to get an estimate for my 2012 Toyota Corolla and they asked me, “What can we do to get you in a car today?” And the rest was history. Gary and Michelle worked magic to get me into the car I was looking for. Overall, great experience!

    2021 Rav 4 Limited
by Sherri Terry from West Chester | February 04, 2021

Garrett was the best sales person that we have ever encountered at Performance Toyota in Fairfield. He was very patient, as we had very specific expectations since we were buying this vehicle and not leasing. He made it possible to have the exact make, model, color and upgrades that we wanted. He was warm and welcoming and after we purchased the vehicle, he sat with me for over 30 minutes and went through each and every feature of my new car!

    DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION.
by EJ from Cincinnati, OH | January 22, 2021

I visited this dealership yesterday to look at trading in my vehicle for a newer car. My dad has previously bought two cars from this dealership and had great things to say about it. However, we left yesterday having the worst experience with one of the salesmen. I never make complaints about things like this but after a day of cooling off and thinking things over, I felt the need to write a review. I don't believe the other salesmen act the same as this guy because of my dad's great experiences with other people there, but I will not be recommending anyone visit this location to purchase a car. The salesman I worked with was Garrett. He was extremely rude, pushy, condescending, fear-mongering, and definitely tried to take advantage of a female buyer, thinking I didn't know anything about anything. I was ready and willing to buy a car right then and there, however, instead of a salesman who was informative and helpful, he was neither. His entire mood and attitude changed when I didn't fall for his scare-tactics and word games. He became forceful and did not listen to what I wanted in a car or in a deal. We ended up leaving upset, frustrated, annoyed, and without a newer car. We will not be back to this dealership.

    Long way
by Disappointed from far far away | January 22, 2021

Found a vehicle in their inventory on line. Called to inquire on a Thursday. Was told it was available and if I wanted to come in to have a test drive that day. I explained that we could not come in till Saturday. I asked if we could start the financial process and get pre approved since we were hours away and didnt want to waste a trip if we couldn't get financed. Sent all personal information to the dealership on Friday morning. Was assured friday night that everything looked good and it shouldn't be a problem. Arrived saturday morning around 11:30, was assigned a salesman who knew nothing of our prior experience from friday. We had to explain the whole situation to him. The salesman seemed very allusive, he would disappear and then appear. Once we began negotiations the price of the vehicle had changed from the price posted on their cars.Com advertising by an additional $3000, and $3000 from the amount posted on the windshield. We showed the salesman the internet add and was told that cars.Com sets their own advertising prices and that the online price was incorrect. I explained that it was the internet price that brought us several hundred miles to see this vehicle. The salesman was rude about it. Had to get management involved before they would honor the advertised price. Come to find out they had not had us pre approved which took an additional 4 hours of negotiations and requiring us to add an additional $4000 to our down payment and provide a third co signer. This should have been all settled on Friday... This is why it's called pre approval. Once the paperwork was signed and we were home, we noticed un signed paperwork about a Toyota credit card which already had $1500 charged to it. Called dealership and was told this was the additional down payment that we didnt have and it had bern explained that they had increased our trade in value to cover the additional down payment. Lie I would suggest approaching this dealership with caution and pack a lunch...

    Great service!
by AC from West Chester Ohio | November 16, 2020

Everything about our visit to Performance Toyota went well. We really appreciated the great help and service from Rashawn! He is a great listener and helped us decide on the car we picked. Would definitely recommend him and this dealership for anyone looking for a car. We live much closer to another dealership, but we drove further to get great service at Performance.

    I Want My CAR TITLE
by KAY from INDIANA | November 16, 2020

I bought my RAV4 on Sept. 12,2020 and have yet to receive my TITLE. They gave me a 45 day tag that expired on Oct.27,2020. Still no title. I live in Indiana so I went to the BMV in Batesville. I had to buy a 30 day paper tag from IN. That tag is going to run out soon so I went back to Performance Toyota to ask them what to do.They told me in Ohio they are not giving tickets for expired paper tag.I explained I'm from IN. they had nothing to say about that. I ask for another paper tag but they would not give me one. If I don't have a TITLE I can't get my license plate in IN. and I'll have to stop driving my car. They keep blaming everything on covid-19.It's been 66 DAYS and still no TITLE. This was a certified used car so I know their has to be a title out there some place. Why can't they find it ? I thought it was a law they had to get the TITLE to me in 45 days.

    Disappointed from start to finish
by CarolynT from Cincinnati, Oh | August 08, 2020

Lost key to 2002 Avalon, facility supposedly made new keys ($500).A few months later, keys difficult to start. Took car back. They first tell me I don’t have Toyota keys (I only have what you provided me) Found car had been outsourced for keys, now it needs an ignition switch ($499). Communication was so poor that they had the car for 1 month just to get issue resolved. All communication was initiated by me. They would promise to call with an update and never returned calls, never apologized for continuous delays, even when car was ready they didn’t call. I called because it had been 1 week after my last conversation and the sales advisor says oh your car was ready yesterday, however, no one had called. I got the worst service from Joe Corvi, James (the service manager) and no response at all for my email to GM Tom Meadows. Service is not in their vocabulary, they are just a repair shop and not a very good one if they are outsourcing the work!
