    Terrible customer service

    Terrible customer service I recently drove from Tampa, FL to pick up a CERTIFIED (CPO) 2017 440i Gran Coupe. On the way home, I had to fill up my front left tire with air three times. I realized that the front left wheel was bent, with no other apparent damage. When I arrived home, I reviewed the photographs from the dealers website, and realized that the bent wheel was pre-existing and was shown on the dealers own photograph from their sales page. I contacted Geoff Barnes, the General Manager. I explained that while I understand that I purchased a used vehicle, it is "Certified". When you purchase a certified BMW you have an expectation, especially off the lot that any mechanical issues are addressed. A wheel that won't hold air isn't mechanically sound, and I would argue shouldn't meet the alleged rigorous certification process. Geoff has not been willing to help or work with me on this issue, and has argued that the vehicle was fine leaving the lot and had passed their standards. Geoff seemed to think that the wheel was not bent or that if it was, it happened after I left. I suggested that he go look at the photographs that were taken by his staff. I have yet to receive any sort of call back. There were several other issues on the drive home, including a loose brake line that wasn't clipped and rattling. I immediately took my vehicle to Reeves BMW in Tampa, and without mentioning the wheel, it was pointed out to me, in addition to the brake line that needed to be clipped back in place.

    Alex is the best....

    Just bought another car from Alex. I have lost count how many. We are family now, we are not just a client. We have bought cars for us and family and referred our friends. I buy alot of cars and no one makes it easier than Alex. Thank you also management at Peake you are the best to work with.

    I made a quick call to ask a question about a part location on my 650i I recently purchased. Asked to be transferred directly to the parts department and the representative was very brash and dry; didn't have a single concern for helping with finding a solution. Needless to say I didn't figure it out and I'm still looking for answers. Thanks, sarcastically.

    This was the best experience I've had buying a car and I've bought plenty. My client advisor was Joe Essa and when I explained to him my hectic schedule, he went out of his way to make it as hassle-free for me as possible. He emailed me the contract and I signed it and sent it back and he had the car I wanted ready and waiting for me to pick up when I came in. I was dreading having to deal with a car dealership because it's usually such a long and stressful process. What a pleasant surprise this car buying experience was! Joe Essa is truly an asset to Peake BMW and I will definitely be buying my next car from him

    Bought a 2017 x3—in October—today my car just shut down as I am driving into a parking garage—-it just stopped—-would not start—-called Peake and was told to call a tow truck—-my car transmission would not shift into nuteral in order for the parking garage employees move the car out of the entrance gate—-finally got emergency service to help me get the car started—-putting the key fob next to the steering column—-but, told to take it to dealer——terrible, terrible, terrible! My $60,000 car —-not a year old—-and was told that they could not do anything for me,because they had too many cars in their service department —-and, there was no loaner car available and would not arrange for a rental—-so, will never buy another BMW——and will trade my BMW as soon as I can

    BEWARE OF JASON LAPORTE-sales manager

    Today I had the unfortunate pleasure of working with sales manager Jason Laporte. During our conversations Jason Laporte lied multiple times by telling me he didn’t tell me something about pricing he had told me 15 minutes prior. The worst part is he tried to stuff in $21,846 into the deal under trade-ins. I feel bad for anyone who has to work with Jason Laporte who is a xxxxxxxx liar. BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS AND READ EVERY LINE IN ANY DEAL HE PRESENTS TO YOU!!!!

    So sad

    Everyone at Peake was very nice and personable at first...then that changed. After they “replaced and fixed” a sensor in my vehicle, which took several attempts on their part over several weeks, my children and I found ourselves broken down on the side of the road. Long story short- they aren’t wanting to make this issue right and make my vehicle safe for my family. Again- at first they responded right away and were very helpful. Now, I can’t get anyone to return my phone calls. I’ve been very polite and thankful to the used car manager, Sam, and have even left messages for the GM, Joe, but neither have cared to respond by a phone call, text, or email. It’s sad that I’m the two and a half months I’ve owned my vehicle, it’s been in the shop more than it’s been with me. I sure would’ve loved to have been communicated with to get this issue resolved to finally get my vehicle back...safely.

    Very unethical standards

    The absolute worst experience ever. I was pressured to trade my car in because they were going to charge me $2500 for an oil leak and in the process of the trade agreement the salesman promised to write off a credit card that was used to purchase an extended maintenance warranty 2 months before, which upon that purchase I was told I was purchasing an extended warranty. I made it very clear to all the salesman that I could not trade in my car with that outstanding credit card and they assured me it would be taken care of. After I traded my car in I realized that they did not keep their word and I still owe on a credit card for a maintenance warranty for a car I no longer own. These men will tell you anything you want to hear to get what they want but not keep their promises. Instead they told me it was my word against theirs and they could do nothing to help except pay me $1000 to take down all my negative reviews.

    Peake got my name, address & item ordered wrong!

    Ordered a sliver BMW logo (front) license plate via website for a gift for a friend who had his stolen. They misspelled my name, street number and sent a black plate. Came after a full week or more, and wasn't even the right plate. Unbelievable!
