    All the people at park city were very friendly and professional, My truck was making strange noises and shifting erractic. They could not duplicate symptoms after multiple test drives. Service manager suggested we bring it in straight away when symptoms return and they will have a mechanic take it for a drive

    I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change, recall and a noise in the front end. I left it and called back later in the morning and spoke to Brad. He said he would check and get right back to me. After an hour and a half, I called back several times before pressing zero to talk to someone and was transferred to service. Again I was told that he would check after some time, I was told that I needed rear brakes and upon asking how much I was told $550 - in my opinion an exorbitant price. I don’t mind paying but don’t want to be gouged. I was then told that it would not be ready that day at which point I had to make arrangements to get to and from work. I called the next day and left a message regarding the status, after another 1 1/2 to 2 hours I again called back and was told that the vehicle was ready last night. I arranged a ride and picked it up. I asked for Brad and was told that he was not in. It is apparent that phone messages are not checked and that if I wasn’t persistent it would have been at least another day. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed my the service I received and lack of customer service.
