    Be careful before you go to the customer service agent 'ALEX MUNOZ'. he alwayes lies about the service. without working on my car he has charged more then 200box for the visual inspaction.

    never paid off first Lease- now have 2 leases open

    Buyers beware of Paragon Acura in Queens. They did not pay off my prior lease as promised! They got me into a new car and I now have two leases open. They are quick to get you in a car, and actually great with service, but they have ruined my credit because of their delay. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH PARAGON!!! The have taken over two months to pay off the old lease and its still not paid off after being on the phone with them for over a month. It has tanked my credit by 70 points so far and I fear for what it will be by the time I get a lawyer to straighten it out. As of this review they have still not paid out my prior lease and I am now responsible for both cars. Both Anthony Munez and Justin Hill are sales managers and have scammed me by telling me they were clearing up the misunderstanding up. This is a full month after David my sales person said a check was in the mail for three weeks in a row. After one month back and forth- they have lied to me and have still not paid off the prior lease. My assumption is that they don't have the cash to pay off the lease and in the process- I got screwed. There has been one issue after another in efforts to get this straightened out- without even an apology!!! In addition, the owner- who i contacted, Brian Benstock- has been cc'd on the fiasco and he never tried to reach out to clean up his sales teams mess. Buyers beware. I will never get a car from this dealership again- if it survives. I would recommend you find another Acura dealership- the car is great!!!

    If I could give this dealership a negative ten, it still wouldn't be enough. I purchased a certified pre owned car and was told that damages to the car would be fixed . I had it all in writing. The sales member, Christopher White, kept coming up with different totals for a final payment. It took two sales members to finally come up with a final total that made sense. Acura had me make an appt for a loaner so that they could take my car to fix. The day before they canceled and no one contacted me to reschedule. After speaking to a manager two days later, I was set up with another appointment. The day came and someone came to pick up my car but without a loaner. I specifically had an email that states I would receive a loaner vehicle. After talking to two managers, they finally "found" a loaner. Acura had my car for two weeks and returned it with the same damages. I declined to take the car and tried contacting Acura to no avail. I had all the repairs that needed to be done in writing. The next day after work, I called to find out about why the work wasn't done. Mind you, they received my car and never called me. Now it gets better. I spoke to the managers Justin and Joseph in regards to my car. I lived 40 min away and work two jobs so the deal was for them to drop my car off. Now a manager by the name of Sean told me that I have to come and get the car. I was working both my jobs the next day so I could not. So the next day when I left home to go to my second job, the car was gone. I called Sean and he said he looked but the car was probably stolen. He told me not to call the cops, he would do it. I called the cops anyway. I explained that the car was not stolen because no one would "Hotwire" a 2020 mdx. Plus the officer picked up the plates four times that day since it went missing in the vicinity of Paragon Acura. The cops came and spoke to Sean on the phone and magically, the car appeared. He authorized for the car to be picked up without my knowledge. I had a work computer, ID, headphones and sunglasses in the car that was supposedly stolen. I have been calling the dealership but they have been screening their calls and are not picking up. I used another phone to call and they answered. When they found out it was me, they put me on hold and hung up. I have contacted the better business bureau as well as corporate. I have yet to get my items back and they still have my car in the shop and I don't have a car to go pick up my car.

    The worse experience ever!!! THEY just want you to come to dealership and Hummer you sweet talker like they on your side Manager is Looser waste of time never Again in this DEALERSHIP all my Friend told me STAY AWAY FROM PARAGON i didnt until i see it with my own eyes STAY AWAY !!!!!! if you dont want to waste time

    Attractive Price - Horrible Customer Service

    Worked with Kelvin Miller back in June 2020 on my purchase of a 2017 CPO Acura RDX. Apart from the relatively attractive price that was offered, the overall car buying experience was terrible. Kelvin was relatively dismissive of me as a customer and did not dedicate the time / attention that you would expect out of a typical Acura dealership. He did not really take the time to answer relatively basic questions (first time car buyer) and it felt like he was just rushing me through the process. Overall I was OK with this lower quality service as the dealership did have the best pricing that I could find in the area. Unfortunately, Kelvin and the Paragon Acura team also managed to mail my registration to the incorrect address and have not been helpful in tracking this down for me. 4 months later I have yet to receive my registration and Kelvin has been unresponsive to my requests for him to rectify the situation.

    Yovanny Alvarez helped me to get the Acura MDX. He is very professional, patient and honest, showed me multiple cars and answered all the questions. Due to service department was busy and late, he took the car to car wash shop to wash the car so I don’t have to wait. Thanks very much Yovanny!

    Long Read! In September 2018 I bought a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder from Paragon Acura. It had 24,000mi and was informed a GPS tracker was going to be installed just in case my vehicle gets stolen. That’s a cost of $1500. June 2020 I was in the highway with my KIDS and i feel the car starts to slow down. I try pushing on the accelerator a couple of times and the speed was dropping drastically, so i had to pull off the road and check the car. I turned it off and the vehicle would start for a second or two and would die. I jump started the battery and nothing happened. Paragon Acura is approximately 1hr40min from where I live so I had to get it towed to a close dealership. Nissan Kia in New Hampton’s NY. Nissan could not find what was wrong with the car because many codes were coming out. I reached out to Paragon to see if they had an idea of what was installed from the previous owner and if they were going to handle expenses and they only verified the GPS tracker. Nissan decides to get in contact with the dealership and they verify again the GPS tracker, which again I did not ask for. After removing this Nissan finds a remote start, which Paragon Acura did not disclose to me. This remote started was installed by the previous owner in the black market, which damaged the ecu and bam computers due to poor wiring. To get the vehicle to start and run properly the computers had to be changed and it was a total cost of $3153.83 plus $150 I had to pay to get it towed. My anger towards this incident is the lack of customer service I was given by Paragon Acura. I take responsibility on the purchase of a used vehicle but not the responsibility of not being able to be safe while driving it due to a undisclosed issue.

    I went in looking for a new Acura TLX a-spec, I already wanted to work with “manny” because my friend bought a vehicle from him too, and honestly after my purchase I see why, everything was easy and straight forward, he honestly tried his hardest to make me happy and get me everything I wanted. He was patient and understanding, he didn’t push for anything he just let me decide what I wanted to do and I appreciate him for it!!
