    WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE

    Came in to see a 2016 VW Tiguan R-Line which of course was "sold yesterday" but is still on their website. Then proceeded to offer me a 2018 VW Tiguan S for 17,599 out the door which I agreed on. As I got the cashier's check, I got a call from Palmetto57 saying that the price had changed to over 18,599. Worst dealer experience I ever had HANDS DOWN! Would not recommend this place at all. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

    Caution read your contract before signing...CAUTION ...Thet added things I was never asked for....just read your contract before signing, my mistake sales staff was great.

    Horrible Experience

    I had the most horrible experience at Palmetto57. I got hit with hefty hidden fees after I leased my Jetta even though I was reassured that there wouldn't be. I tried calling multiple times and left multiple messages and NOONE had the decency of returning my calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone.

The person who led us throughout the process (Ivan Padilla), is an excellent professional (5 stars) and the entire group also stands out for being very agile and gentle in solving any situation that arises.     Incompetency at it's finest!

    I took my car in for an oil change and a week later noticed the light come on indicating low tires. When I went to fill the tires myself, I noticed that the cap was missing on my front right tire...a clear indication of lack of attention to detail;. Nevertheless I took it back to Palmetto57 Volkswagen to see if the tires were damaged in some way--emphasizing that I would be making the 7 hour round trip to and from Orlando 3x in the upcoming 2 weeks and I was very concerned for my safety as a young woman alone on the roads. The first time they told me I had overfilled the tires and sent me on my way. Of course the light went back on right before my work trip and I had to miss the meeting. Taking it back a second time, they filled my tires again and assured me there was no damage. After the light turned on a third time, the service manager, Orlando had the nerve to tell me to bring the car in again. Finally I had the common sense to get a second opinion and went 30 mins out of my way to my old service location who was able to identify that both tires had nails in them and fixed both for less than $40. If only I had never taken my car into Palmetto57; I would be $500 richer and many hours of worry and back and fourth saved.

    No communication

    Ordered a simple touch up paint pen a month ago which I was told it takes a week to arrive. I went 2 weeks later to see if it arrived since I never heard from any one; counter employee told me it takes a month or more for manufacturer to deliver. I called a month after purchase, and the person that answered told me it was returned because it was in their parts department over a month. Long story short, NO communication and I'm VERY disappointed that no one contacted me at any time regarding my order. It might be a simple $17 purchase, but if they drop the ball on something that small, I can't imagine for any serious issue. Having said that, I will go to the parts department for a refund and will shop at another dealership. NOT this one.

    Horrible customer service

    to bad there is no 0 star option. Horrible customer service. Employees rotation is very high making everything so dificult and they use it as an excuse for their mistakes. I got in to a new lease and left the old lease there for them to return it to other dealer. I left the car 3 months before the lease ended, they did not returned the car on time which cause me late fees. After getting my new car they offer me $200 referral fee. I refer 2 friends which ended up getting into a new car, the sales person and the manager who offer this, they are no longer with the company and after calling them for 5 months and giving me the run around and was not able to get the money. the excuse used was that the sales person and manager are no longer with the company since they were doing this and that was the main reason they got fired. after going thru all of the review for this dealer I am wondering how they have good rating, because of the staff rotation I doubt I am the only person that experience these issues. I hope this honest review helps other people. added on 4-22-2019, instead of having your clients call the main number to get the run around, you should include the person name who and will take care of the issue. I just received another letter from Hyundai which has an invoice for a broken rear glass. when you received the car and an employee did the inspection, every thing was fine. Let's see how you handle this.

    Unprofessional and irresponsible

    was approached by the sales man James Roan for a deal on a 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum trim . I explain that I got a “out of the door” price deal offer from a competitor dealer, after disclosing the sales price he said that they can definitely do that price or better. Then he ask all personal information including the e-mails offers from the other dealer. I did provide all that info to him because I was interested and because he implied or promised that his dealer can do better . I was told I would be given a call back the next day on this offer. Three days passed and I did not hear back from him so I gave them a call and was told he was busy and his sales manager was working on the details of the deal but that I would get a call back right away. Another four days passed and I still did not receive a call, so I called back and was told that there was nothing he can do for me. They were very unprofessional and irresponsible. I would not recommend going to this dealership or working with that salesman.

    Horrible Customer Service

    Extremely horrible service. The salesman was rude and insulting. When tried to understand his reasons, he simply turned his back and walked away!! Even the General manager could not call him back and he also behaved as if nothing happened. I walked away from that place promising myself to never into their dealership ever again..
