    Horrible experience trying to lease a Nissan Murano. My husband spent so much time on the phone to make a deal with James and his manager David, and then when James confirmed the zero down deal with no extra taxes or fees for $318/month we drove all the way there only to be told we have the pay $2000 down. They are all con artists who lure people in making false promises. Never leasing or buying from them. Going to stick to Lexus where we always get a great deal.

    Scam - unfair negotiation practices

    I dont normally leave negative reviews unless they make me really waste my time or somebody is not keeping their word. Be careful. I went to buy a Nissan, agreed on the price with certified warranty. I went there the day after to purchase it and the warranty was not included, when I had confirmed the price with them, with certified warranty included, 2-3 times before going to buy it. Ceritifed warranty was my requirement from the beggining of the negotiation in order to buy the car. They increased the price and they told me that if I wanted it certified I had to take it by myself somewhere else to change the tires, and bring it back so they can certify it, I thought it was a joke but was for real. Do not waste your time as I did. I ahould send them an invoice for the time they made me waste. Very unfair and unprofessional negotiation practice, looks like a scam to me.

    Terrible Customer Service, Would not recommend!

    This place is the worst. I would give it zero stars if possible. They apparently pride themselves on taking advantage of elderly people living off of social security. After my elderly parents went in and chose a new car, turning in their current lease with only two months left, they were told that since they had just made the most recent payment but not keeping the car any longer, that the dealership would reimburse them for that and pay the final payment on the car being turned in. Their payments would start the following month for the brand new car they were taking. Well low and behold the following month, double payments taken out for both cars, one of which wasn't even in their possession anymore! No reimbursement as promised. Manager Tony Matin, was beyond rude and inconsiderate and told my elderly parents, that getting an attorney was going to cost them more than the 300.00 car payment they lost, so that was all he could do and refused to honor the word of the finace dept. Integrity, honestly and decency clearly isn't how this dealership runs itself. Taking money from an elderly couple living off of social security every month, is more their style apparently. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, for any type of service. Clearly not working with good intentions. Customer service and keeping their word is not their priority. Once they get you to sign for the new car, honesty is out the window. It's no wonder people avoid the dealerships like the plague! This guy was such a terrible "manager" and this dealership needs serious evaluation of employees. Tony Matin, William Rodriguez, and Sandra Valentine, all corrupt employees here just willing to take advantage of an "easy buck" when they see elderly folks. ****** Buyer/Customer BEWARE****

    This is the worst dealer ever

    This is the worst dealer ever i went out for a price in a rogue and when we make the deal, they check my credit that was really good and they start to give me all the stuff for the new car and after 6 hours the financial guy appears at 9 pm telling me he has to see if a get approved he run my credit 4 times more without my permission and increase the price that we already set up at first time,he told us we couldn’t get a better prove after the sales guy and sales manager saw all my information and requested my credit. This is so irrespecutful and anti ethics it doesn’t make sense we wait for 6 hours. To left without the car i was look it up and my credit check thru 5 banks without they telling me.

    Defrauding Seniors

    Purchased a car 6 months ago from Pablo Cartaya, financed by Antonio Cruz Jr. Paperwork provided pertaining to extended 3 year Warranty is doctored. Battery was replaced 3 months ago, now a sensor needs work. They are con artist. Go to another dealership.

    Poor service

    1) Started off by taking my car there for routine oil change and inspection. Even though my brakes were working fine they told me I needed my front brakes done. When ahead and did it. 2)Went back a few days later because the brakes are making noise. They told me that the back brakes now needed to be done and I asked why wasn’t this identified during the routine inspection but didn’t make a big deal of it paid and got the back brakes done. 3) Went back about a week or two later because the brakes were still making noise and they told me just to give it some time to let the brakes wearing. Didn’t make a big deal and left with no problem. 4) Went back a month later with the same grinding noise even louder and they took a look at the car and I spoke to a manager and they told me that something in the brakes needed to be lubed and that it was no big deal to be on my way. Upon receiving the car they broke three Lugnuts off my wheels and try to get it by me without mentioning it. Again left and didn’t make a big deal. 5) Today I took my car for a oil change and asked them to take a look at the brakes again and they told me that they had no record (which there was and they found it) of them doing my brakes in the dealership and that the brake pads calipers and rotors need to be changed, they are now billing me for an entire brake system on the car when the grinding noise is been going on for a while and I’ve been trying to avoid this. Not to mention when I was speaking to the service of visor he hung up the phone on me. FYI Before taking the car even the first time everything was working perfectly. NEVER SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE!
