    Lamont did everything under his power to make this sale , Kona a dream come true ,the trade in price ,the car discount price,the easy paperwork ,covid 19 precautions taken seriously, CHRIS the Manager ok'd all the discounts he's the best. I highly recommend Pacifico to everyone.

    Get Everything in Writing

    Bought a certified Mazda from Pacifico a few months ago. I got a good deal on the car but had some complaints about minor scratches and the fact the car was dirty. The dealer assured me the car would be detailed and scratch-free when I picked it up. It wasn't. When I complained again the dealer assured me that if I brought the car back another day they would sort it out. Took me a month of phone tag to get the car in, and even though the scratches are gone, the car was merely ran though the car wash. Moral of the story is get everything in writing.

    Horrible Customer Service After Purchase

    Bought a car through Pacifico Mazda. Was a great transaction as they worked really hard to get me approved for a payment I was comfortable with. Car was totaled and nobody will help me with canceling the warranty or activating the gap coverage. I've left 3 voicemails and 1 email with NO RESPONSE. I was getting desperate so I emailed the Internet Manager (Bryan) and he was great and responded to my email in less than 10 minutes and said he was forwarding to the General Sales Manager. That has been the only shining point in this whole ordeal. I've heard nothing from anyone and i've been trying for 5 days now. It seems all they care about is the sale. I plan on getting another Mazda but it won't be from Pacifico Mazda that is for sure if this is the kind of service I can expect.
