    The worst experience I've ever had

    Had a completely awful experience at Overturf today. Don, a sales/ finance manager came at me extremely aggressively when I was trying to negotiate. He treated me like I was a little girl who needed to be schooled into submission by his "mature" masculine experience. Both my husband and I had an immediate recoil reaction to his words and aggression at the exact same moment... it was that bad. I've purchased many cars in the past, I know how to negotiate and I work in strategic sales for a living. I would lose my job instantly I ever treated a client like he treated me. I demanded my keys for my car (which they were holding through the negotiation... xxx?!) and couldn't get out the door fast enough. A human like this should not have access to the public in an industry like this if he's not capable of simply negotiating a contract and not letting his insane temper get the best of him. It's just a car... this is not that big of a deal.

    Bought a truck site unseen because the staff was so helpful in answering all my questions and sending follow up pictures. I flew up from California and drove the truck home 722 miles and they even picked me up at my hotel. Best vehicle buying experience I have ever had, made the trip well worth it.

    Francisco Valle was very professional. Never once did my husband and I feel pressured. The Sales Manager and Finance man were very helpful. There was absolutely no haggling.     Great Experience - Not Pushy

    We returned our VW TDI for the buyback. That went very smooth. We then started looking at vehicles on the lot and test drove several different models. Frank showed us the various features of each and then after we went to have lunch Bill helped us complete the purchase of a new Passat. It was a good experience, as was our first purchase of the TDI a few years ago. From past experience, their service department is also great! From our experience with it on the TDI, I got the Simonize treatment on the Passat and would recommend it to anyone buying a car.

    I recently ordered a custom 2017 Audi A7 via Doyle Turner of Overturf Audi. He was terrific and the car is fantastic! He patiently answered all my questions, let me test drive the car three times, and then guided me through the ordering process. And he cut me a great deal!     Overturf Motore treated us fairly

    We purchased a 2017 Audi Q7 recently from Overturf Motors and we were pleased with the process. Finding a Q7 that met our requirements was not easy as there is a lack of supply at this time. We searched all dealerships in the state and Overturf had the one we wanted. We visited the dealership to inspect the vehicle and there was no high pressure salesmanship. In fact we completed the negotiation via email which was perfect for us since we live 80 miles from there. Our salesperson, Jen, was very patient and understanding and most importantly completely transparent during the process. She spent a lot of time with us going over the bells and whistles included with this luxury SUV. And they gave us a fair value for our trade in. Thanks Jen and thanks Overturf Motors we are very happy with our purchase.

    The Overturf Difference

    After much research the 2016 KIA Sorento LX V6 was my first choice. The day of purchase stared at a rival dealership; I soon realized that they were not going to get my business, then i remembered talking about Overturf Volkswagen, Audi, KIA with friends. My wife and I decided to give Overturf a try and boy are we glad we did. Our salesman was terrific, in fact all of the staff we encountered were friendly and professional. No hassle, no fuss. The only issue, and it was very small, was the length of time we had to wait from the time we signed the purchase agreement until we met with the finance manager and were on our way. My wife and I are very happy with the car we purchased and with the exceptional service from our salesman; he treated us like part of the family. We are very glad we made the decision to take a chance with Overturf. After the sale we had our car in for the usual used car check and oil change. The Service department experience was as great as the sale. I dealt with one of the best assistant service managers I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Overturf is as good as advertised.
