    When this code was found with OBD2 scan at home, I made an appointment to check into it. Brought it to the service department the night before and the service advisor scan it and found the same code. Next morning, the service mechanic did not see the check engine light on and the code was now in the history. No work done because code was not "active", cost 175 dollars for no work to be done. Very hard to wrap my head around no repair whether in the history or active. I am now waiting for the check engine light to be "active" and then bring it in to show mechanic. Big inconvenience!!! My service advisor was great, convenience of appointments also great.

    “Could find” the car 1 hour after confirming there

    Complete scam. I called to confirm the car I wanted was there, they said yes and I drove from Virginia to get it. A half hour later, they weren’t ready for me and said we had to drive to their used car lot. We waited for 20 minutes to be driven there and then the 15 minute ride to the lot. Once we were at the lot, they “couldn’t find the car,” and tried to sell me a car $5,000 more expensive. Needless to say it was a silent 15 minutes back. Saleswoman was kind, but clearly bad business from management. Will never go to again.

    Online price is a scam

    Sounded like too good of a price, and was. Only qualified for 2 from a list of at least 20 categories for rebates; was told that was why the best they could offer us was 13K over the quoted price. A manager told us on our way out the door that the website showing the price was in error.

    Not Great, but not awful

    Ourisman emailed in September 2020 about a free first service for our leased vehicle which we didn't use during COVID until today post-vaccination. They said it was too late and charged regular price. Fair enough but also not great for goodwill. On the website the service center advertises a pickup/delivery service but when I tried to book it online, it wasn't available and when I called the service center they hadn't heard of the service. Service department emailed me to ask if I wanted windshield wipers replaced. I responded yes, the same day but they forgot on the day of. I arrived at 10:45am and asked how long the service (oil change/tire rotation and intermittent problem with rear view camera) would take and they estimated up to 2 hours. I confirmed my reservation details specifically, that I was waiting on site. After no word for 3 hours, I checked in and learned that the mechanic without checking with me had embarked on a reprogramming protocol that took over 3 hours and could not be interrupted. I ended up waiting in the service center for over 5 hours, leaving 6 hours later. For me, that's not time I can just give up in a day without arranging for childcare and pickup. When I got home, I realized that dealer forgot to change the oil and only rotated the tires and reprogrammed the camera. Argh! It's too soon to tell if the service on the camera was successful but fingers crossed.

    Would not honor online price

    Spoke with salesman on the phone about the online price and was assured that this was the accurate sale price of the vehicle. After driving 2 hrs to the dealership they tell me that one of the discounts applied to the online price was for returning leases. So now I didn’t “qualify” for the online price. Huge waste of time. Definitely seemed like a way to hook you into coming in.

    Terrible experience

    Made a deal on a 1lt after asking for information through the phone, they tried to sell it to me without telling me the model because they knew I was 6hrs away from the dealership. They tried selling me an LS (cheapest) model instead. Wouldn’t recommend it seems more like a scamming game.

    Nick was a great service writer. He had my 2019 Chevy Colorado Z71 in and out in a timely manner. They washed the truck and vacuumed it. I didn’t even ask for that. The job came out great.
